I was charged $9.56 for 4 Strawberry Cream Pies. Their advertisement show the pies 2 for $3. I pulled through the drive through a second time to get my money back.
The first person I spoke to said that I had to order the pies through the app. As you can see from the sign that I took a picture of you can see that isn't the case.
I asked to speak to a manager then was told that I had to get an apple pie and a strawberry pie to be able to get that deal. The sign however says mix and match. I chose to match strawberry pies and chose to not mix. Needless to say this did not go anywhere.
The staff at this location is incompetent in regards to their promotions. It the process they tied up their drive thru over $4.56. It wouldn't surprise me if they lost a sale due to this. This is bad business.
I live next to this location and do not see myself returning because of them stealing my money, and not doing the right thing to own their mistake and fix it.

Other than the dining area being a bit dirty, food was tasty, and staff was friendly. Please cancel the alarms for fries or other devices in a timely manner! It is very annoying to be sitting in the dining area and having to listen to an alarm not being reset for a long time.

My experience has not been good at all, they are late with the orders, the service is not the best and you are still waiting for the delivery of your order and you cannot even use the bathroom, because they cannot give you the key to it, I think they should improve the service towards customers

I was drunk, I ate two nuggets and then passed out. Luckily, this McDonald’s is NOT stingy with the sweet and sour, so now I have extra for when greedy McDonald’s (Anderson Ln) short me on the sweet and sour.

I had put my order through the mobile app and they had shake on the app and I come and pick my order and they said they didn’t have shack and I told them let me get a refund and than they said they did have some soo please make sure they not messing with you

Ordered on the app, breakfast at 430 am. Currently in line. Was interrupted at the intercom with “any breakfast food will be about 20 or 30 minutes.” But I already ordered on the app. Workers not wanting to work is the norm in this area of Austin. I only came to this location because the other “24 hour” McDs was closed. Some of these folks ain’t worth $7.25 an hour, much less $15… And they didn’t have the espresso that I paid for. “Sorry”
The worst McDonald’s ever. They always make you park on the side to wait for an order. They always get your order wrong. They make you wait for over 30 minutes. Food is always cold. Just horrible all in all. They’re always missing items on the order.

I placed a doordash happy meal order at 10:36 pm, they took a long time to prepare and I asked for ketchup and they didn't put it in the bag, they didn't put napkins either. I just ask that you pay close attention to the orders when preparing it . Thank you

SINDAY JAN 5- at 3 pm. Horrible place to stop for food. Drive thru guy answers like he doesn’t want to be there. No welcome, no thank you. Then at the window he gives you the change without saying a single word. Proceed to the second widow and the guy handing the food is also running his orders. Gives us our food and closes the window. No hello. No “this is your sandwich abc…” to confirm the order. NOT A SINGLE THANK YOU 😅😅😂😂😅😅 it is really laughable that a place like this wants to compete with the surrounding choices.
