Very UnSanitary! Some rude employees! They re-use their cups they washed them and put them back so they wouldn’t waste their cups! Like who does that? They get mad at an employee’s for throwing away their cups like really? I tried to report it for this but didn’t do anything they are disgusting! Please do not eat or have your kids eat it there for many health reasons! The managers are very rude to their employees and customers! Idk what this owner is thinking to keep this place open. They need to replace their managers for better ones that will run this place as they should be. This is the only McDonalds that I have ever been to that re uses their cups is furiously disgusting!

I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all. The tables were dirty, the place didn’t look well-maintained, and the staff seemed unorganized. They were slow and not efficient when preparing the orders. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

AWFUL, Awful, awful customer service‼️I called this location of McDonald's after I reheated my order from 10/31. My Order #1604 McChickens were spicy instead of regular. After a 5 minutes and 47 seconds phone conversation (mostly to get someone to speak to me in English) I was told to return to the store and ask for Talia or another name I didn't quite understand. I don't drive since my stroke so I let the person know I'd have to wait for my daughter or I'd have to return via CapMetro bus. When I did return later that evening via bus: I was treated as if I was attempting to steal from the store, ignored by Maria the manager on duty (I didn't start recording until I had waited over three minutes for the young counter worker to convey my situation to Maria), then I was harassed by a security guard (who had to type into his phone's translation app when he scared me) as I attempted to locate the manager or owner's information on the windows‼️ I had to call 911 to get him to move away from me.🍔👎🏽👩🏻🍳👎🏽🚨 👎🏽

cureently 4am, tried to order on Uber, they said no one was at the store. tried calling as well with no answer, listed as 24 hours but I guess its not??? why say youre 24 hours if youre not going to take any orders. :/

This place is horrible you can’t pull up to the drive thru without someone begging for money. The line was long meaning you are busy but my food was still cold.

I didn't think McDonald's could have stale buns, on account of the food never spoils or decays buts thats precisely why im even wroting this review. I couldn't care less; I usually enter a McDonald's with a low bar of expectations and I still ended up leaving here severely disappointed. Service was up to par tho 👍

Today at 8:35 am I bought a 12 dollar breakfast combo on the app. After 30 min no responce at curbside I went inside they refused to give me my food or my order then told me cancel threw the app(no opption) so they just told me take it online they just robbed me told me there mobile system was down like it was my issue

McDonald's store 3608 (9422 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753). The A.M floor manager, Idalia, was extremely condescending and rude when I pulled up for my food at 1:55 A.M. I placed an order on the mobile app (the app said this location is open 24/7 and stopped serving dinner at 3:59 A.M), and when I arrive, she immediately displayed an aggressive attitude and visually expressed her displeasure at my presence there. She claimed the grill was being cleaned and they had NO food at all until 3:00 or 4:00 AM. I ordered chicken nuggets and a drink, no burger, so my order doesn't even require a grill. She even sarcastically offered for me to come inside for myself and see how they had no food. She offered no solutions, and said my issue wasn't her problem.
My issue isn't with the lack of food, but with the poor customer service and poor interaction I had with your McDonald's 3608 store manager, Idalia. This person should not be in a managerial position, and quite frankly shouldn't be in a customer service position either. At the very least they need extensive training on how interact with people. If you insist on keeping this employee on, I imagine I won't be the last complaint on them.
