Two stars because nearly every time I order through the drive thru, I am asked to pull into one of the waiting spots. Defeats the purpose of drive thru. This happens even when I use the app. This would be more tolerable if the food was hot and fresh, but it isn’t.

I haven't visited McDonald's since covid started. This McDonald's fillet'o'fish was wonderful. It is very clean, and the service was wonderful.

Don't bother attempting to order from the app. I tried and even though I was charged and have an emailed receipt my order didn't exist and they wouldn't refund it. I got passed around to 3 people who had no clue or helpful solutions. Their app's system then duplicated my order, re-charged me, and sent it over 20 miles away to a different location in which I couldn't cancel it and the stores phone was disconnected. This 620 location had no sympathy or solutions even when shown a receipt so now I'm out twice the cost with nothing to show for it.

Probably the first NON fast food McDonalds I’ve been to honestly. They consistently take forever with your order. No reason to wait 10+ minutes for a single order, not even a meal just the sandwich. It’s quicker to drive 15 minutes to the next location than to wait here honestly. Only rare occasions I come to this one and remember why I don’t

I would understand if it was packed or busy, but when I’m the only car in the drive-through it’s quite concerning it’s taking so long

I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder, bacon with cheese, and I only receive cheese and meat with tomatoes on it, which I am allergic to tomatoes. I'm having such a bad day right now. i'm a little customer to this branch and I will not be going back

I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin meal with a chocolate milk at the drive thru. Paid $6+ and after I arrived at my destination, I discovered they failed to give me my hash browns. They also didn't give me a receipt.

Yoooo I’m not from the area. I roll up, mobile order placed, AND I GET A COOKIE WITH MY RECIEPT??!!

Food took just a bit too so I pulled off to wait patiently because food takes a time to cook.

When they brought it they had a whole tray of condiments ready.

Like the service here, EXCELLENT!!

Officially done with this location second time in 5 years raw food only this time I got very sick and so did my daughter ! Very frustrating I missed work and was down for 4 days and an 300 dollers medical bill later no contact no effort no nothing even after attempting to tell them no answer to the phones at night this location is just cursed man.

Absolute garbage. The manager is a fool. I sat in a spot for 30 minutes waiting on my food because one of the workers handed my food out to the wrong person (found out there was a domino effect that affected other people too) but was told by the manager that we went to the wrong spot even when being in the advised spot. Absolutely ridiculous. Even if we were in the wrong spot and you see a car sitting for 30 minutes it might be a good idea to have someone check and see as to why. Zero competency at this place. Basically no management whatsoever.

I go here regularly. I use the McDonalds Andriod app. Lately they seem less responsive to drive thru customer. Not getting orders quickly in the late evening. Not sure if they are understaffed then or just newbies. I get breakfasts and dinner items depending on the day.

Honestly I personally don't understand all the bad reviews. The staff is always so nice. Yeah maybe alot of them predominantly speak Spanish doesn't mean they should come off rude to you. I dine in at this location and carry out multiple times a week and the food is always hot and yeah even though when you dine in you have to keep getting up to ask for packets of ketchup doesn't mean it's a bad place. SMH. Come on. This location is always clean and the staff is quite friendly. The food runners are always very welcoming and friendly and always ask if we need anything even though there is a language barrier. I enjoy every staff member at this location. Thank you for treating my family well.
