Absolute joke of an operation and the app is just an excuse to pass blame to a different service. Rude employees, nonsensical wait times (if I have to wait for my food, why is it COLD?). Completely forgot to put the damn McRib in the bag, the ONE reason I even went. Would only offer a refund if I was willing to drive back in the rain, because they couldn't offer a refund otherwise if you used the app (which working for a company that has a similar app shopping experience is an out right lie and an excuse to not help you) Never coming back, and anyone else should just stay far away.

I feel bad leaving this type of review, since I have had decent service here before, but rude is rude. Drive through was pushy and worker lied saying fries were just dropped when they were COLD, so had to have been sitting there. Quality at this location is definitely going down…

The owner of this location needs to know that the team is purposely omitting food from customers orders. They lie and say hash browns are not included with breakfast meals twice! Website says otherwise. That’s bad business. Customers beware.
