Drive through order extremely rude, ordered hot fudge Sunday along with meal and they gave plain vanilla and not ready listen even on showing receipt and later in frustration just drizzled regular choclate like drop and gave back, no straw with drink in meal and no courtesy no napkins, ketchup up straw anything and dont give even if you ask for one..Rude staff and not professional at all.

Placed an order online the app, gave the worker my code and when I got to the window the woman said my order had been cancelled? She was trying to make me come inside to pay again, when my card has already been charged. Very disappointing experience anytime I come to this location. Lady in the drive thru was no help, needs to be re trained and fix her attitude.

Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I placed and paid for my order, only to be completely ignored when it came time to receive my food. The manager on duty flat-out refused to give me what I paid for and offered zero explanation as to why. When I calmly asked for more information or at least a refund, they were dismissive and refused to help in any way.
The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect was unbelievable. I’ve never been treated like this at any fast food restaurant. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers—and follow basic business practices like either giving you your food or your money back.
All the employees were standing around looking completely lost, save your money and your time by just keeping away from this location

Breakfast at your McDonalds was not good. We ordered a McGriddle and a sausage biscuit. The sausage biscuit was cold and the McGriddle only had bacon on it. We ordered TO GO. The biscuit couldn’t have been so cold as it was only 3 minutes from my daughter’s house. Had to cook breakfast was not what was expected. Won’t be visiting your McDonalds again.
Service is great. Food became better than earlier they didn't have $5 mcvalue set.

I came here MAY 17TH 2025 - @ 10:24am , I ordered my food at the kiosk ran to the restroom rq it was To GO ! Coming out the restroom my food was on the counter with the 3 drinks - I ordered 3 meals 1 meal without a drink ! I Asked the lady in the picture ( pink shirt ) for a cup holder she looks at me and storms off - proceeding to be very friendly and thanking her she looks at me rolls her eyes and just walks off with an attitude - on the kiosk at McDonald’s you are to put the drinks I selected “ sweet tea “ going to the drinks after being treated like a burden for asking for a drink carrier there were no TEAS so then I proceed to go back up to the front which I knew she was going to have problem and I honestly didn’t want to ! But then again THATS WHAT I PAID FOR … they weren’t busy nothing the girl was just so hateful and rude ! I had sat and waited for 5 minutes for her to come the front mind you she has made eye contact with me numerous times and this is when I decided to snap the picture discreetly because at this point she was doing it PURPOSEFULLY !!! playing with her shirt … making it a crop top ? She was too busy talking and flirting with her employee I honestly Idk .. what was going on … i understand people have bad days but it’s just unprofessional and for this to be a “ manager “ is INSANE and needs to be reevaluated!

I just drove there to meet with a friend and all our kids because according to google it had a pretty cool playground and turns out it has no play area. You need to UPDATE this information and these pictures urgently so people don’t waste their time.
How come McDonalds - a kids place - only have playgrounds in just a few locations?
