This is the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered. Most of the employees don’t speak or understand English. Every time my order is processed incorrectly and when I refuse to accept what I didn’t request, they seem upset with me. This has happened three times, and I will never order from this location again. Today, I ordered plain hamburgers (only the patties), but when I received them, the container was open, and oil spilled all over the bag and napkins. Additionally, there were no utensils provided. The hamburgers were extremely hot. Are they expecting me to eat with my hands? This experience has been awful! The staff is extremely rude and incapable of processing an order correctly or treating customers well. They deserve zero star.

owner shouldn’t be allowed to run a McDonalds franchise. Almost entire staff acts unaccountable and disrespectful to customers. probably because the management is disrespectful to customers behind closed doors. if they wanna mess with you they will leave out parts of your order or ring up the wrong items if u go thru drive thru and have you circling the drive thru or coming inside for missing items. No sincerity behind any of the apologies just disrespectful stares back.

I really enjoy ordering with the big touch screen kiosks. I can customize my burger to perfection! The service is very good and the restaurant is very clean. I use their drive through all the time. It is a huge time saver.

Terrible customer service. Multiple times I have tried to order regular menu items during the evening…. a few hours before closing time. The app tells me that I can’t order the items now due to it being the wrong time of day… although I am within the hours posted within the app. When I went to the store and asked about it she said yeah… it does that sometimes. I asked if she could just honor the coupon from the app instead and she refused. No interest in having my order at all. I left and drove to another location further away where the app worked fine. This location turns off the online ordering earlier than the others so they can clean and go home early I believe. I realize that these are franchises, but have some standards for your brand. Also, this is the fish “sandwich” I got for $10…. more of a biscuit really. Do better McDonalds.

Service is efficient when the manager is working drive thru.
Fair location if you are heading north on Parmer lane. If traveling south avoid doing any turn and instead turn into left and the a quick right.
Food is always fresh.
Parking: Plenty of parking on all sides of the store.

Worst location I’ve been to, I ordered online a couple minutes before breakfast ended while in the drive through , pulled up to the speaker gave them my order # they said “okay pull up to the window” sat in their long line just for me to get to the window and have them tell me my order has been canceled because I didn’t place before 11. Which in fact I did and let them know before that time while in the drive through. Was told by the manager this system automatically cancel’s it if not there by 11 ???? But in fact I was and sitting in line. Manager told me “you can place it here for future” which then I asked okay well because I did place it and was in line before 11 can you ring up my order and he WOULD NOT even do that. I’m sorry but worst customer service ever horrible location and the manager doesn’t even try to accommodate you.
