A very clean environment and inviting staff. Clean restrooms great service I came for a treat with my two year-old daughter, and it was pleasantly surprised with how great the experience was.

We couldn't buy an extra toy. They said you can not buy them separately. Manger don't speak English and the lady that was speaking for him was rude. Homeless ppl drinking outside on the patio. Was just nasty.. and unprofessional with only Spanish speaking employees.

Make sure to ask for your receipt. The young lady brushed us off, but I stayed in the driveway until she decided to look my direction again to realize what she missed. Then she misheard the order. She basically made it harder for herself because by the time we got it corrected, there were four cars behind us.

Stopped by today and ordered some lunch. I went through the drive thru and when I went to pay I handed the cashier my money and told them I had a coupon. The cashier told me that they needed to get a manager. Mind you I've gone to this location and used coupons from the app before with no issues. The manager either didn't speak English, or was just completely ignoring me. The cashier was translating bless their heart. In the end the manager refused to honor my coupon that I got FROM THE APP FOR THEIR LOCATION. I felt uncomfortable giving them my business after that so I asked for my money back and then the manager proceeded to try and hand me the money for the value of the items i ordered, when they hadn't even given me my change!

Very disappointed with this visit. Management needs to step up their game, and get someone in there that can speak english.

Don’t go here if you like McDonalds. Terrible customer service, food is the worst. I ordered a Filet of Fish sandwich which had no fish & no tartar sauce. They acted like it was my fault when I had ordered it as is. Also got some chicken McNuggets that tasted like the grease was from sometime last year. I used to love McDonalds but I’m now off them forever. Gross. You can do better…

This location consistently places drive thru orders in parking spaces to up their times, but the food takes longer. I understand it’s just McDonalds, but getting ahead of your orders and leaving people waiting is extremely terrible for customer service.
