One of the worst Mickey D's I have ever been to. Burgers were not fully cook french fries were not fully cooked. Staff that has a attitude about giving out ketchup and fixing messed up order.

Tried curbside pickup through the app. It was a big order, and wouldn't complete the order until I got physically to the location with my wife's phone. Other than that, the food came out after a few minutes, and was all correct, so it went well.

The service is ok, but the orders are often incomplete, they never provide a receipt, even when you ask for it, and the food is subpar, even for McDonald's standards.

Completely burnt the bun and the meat was so dry. I asked for butter with the order and I got 4 syrups. I kindly told them I didn’t want syrup and they just took them back and gave me my order and walked away. Also did you know that charge for syrup it only came to about a dollar for them but still cheating customers off of money for their mistakes!!! Noooo not okay. I went back and kindly asked for my money back for the syrup and the manager had the audacity to ask me if I really wanted my my money back for the syrups?? ??

Mobile app pickup curbside not working. Also they couldn't find my 4 digit order code in the drive thru for 5 minutes. They finally they found it.
One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I get the privilege of it being the closest one I live to and I've lived here many years. The fact that I am even leaving a review should be enough to avoid this place. Nobody reviews McDonald's unless they get screwed, and that would definitely be me. Many times. There is absolutely nothing more frustrating than trying to order from them as absolutely nobody speaks English. My order is wrong CONSTANTLY and I correct them all the time when I notice the mistakes and they just say "okay" and continue to give me the wrong things and look at me without an contextual clue of what I'm talking about. I order at authentic Mexican restaurant (Taquerias Arandinas down the road is incredible) and not ONCE has my English speaking hindered my ability to order. I'll even try what little Spanish I do know despite it sounding hilarious coming from me. I don't mind- my last name is literally Garcia, and this is Texas. HOWEVER- I DO NOT KNOW WHAT MCGRIDDLE IS IN SPANISH and I absolutely shouldn't have to just to be able to avoid getting handed a biscuit, an English muffin, anything with sausage on it when I ask for bacon, and most definitely not a hamburger. When I order a coffee, it shouldn't be confused with anything else. I had to sound like an a** and say CINCO CREAMS AND CINCO SUGARS to have literally any amount of each put it (it's always a wild card amount they'll never be consistent enough to actually give you the amount you want especially not each time) and not be handed a 190 degree boiling cup of black lava. When I say "coke" for a drink it should never be a TROPIC SPRITE WHAT IN THE HELL EVEN IS THAT!!! I said "hey I noticed you hit the wrong button I asked for a coke and you put-" and she interrupts me to say "oh no I put it in right" only for me to still get a tropic sprite and the window and for the guy handing it to me to argue as if I didn't argue with the window lady seconds prior. Obviously as you can see I've gotten into multiple occasion explanations. All I know is whether you live nearby and you stop before work/during a break, or you're from out of town and just need a bite to eat- you may as well go down parmer or McNeil and hit somewhere else (except for the Wendy's because that place is it's own set of nightmares and their constant empty parking lot tells me the rest of the neighborhood has abandoned them with me). This place should be next on places around here to close down and replace with something- literally anything else. However- if you're in for playing Russian roulette and biting into a random that's been torn and burnt alive, well than this might just be your place. My neighborhood deserves way better than getting treated like this constantly by this franchise and their employees. Y'all deserve to shut down.

Anytime after 9.30pm they do not server even though they are open until 10. I have placed order through mobile app at 9.40pm, the doors were closed , drive through was closed.the order went through they charged me even though they did not server nor did they cancel the order
