I placed a mobile order using the app and then went through the drive-thru to pick it up. First, they somehow completely lost my order despite me showing them my order number and email receipt verifying I had been charged for the food. Secondly, I had briefly handed my mobile phone to the drive-thru worker so she could clearly see the order info I had displayed there— and then with no warning she abruptly turned away from the drive-thru window, taking my UNLOCKED phone inside the building with her and shutting the window behind her for 1-2 minutes while she presumably went to show her manager. I found this extremely unprofessional, not to mention unsettling. I still never ended up receiving my food and I’ve yet to receive a refund for the payment I made— I did reach out to complain to McDonald’s corporate who said this specific location would be responsible for handling the refund.

The place was dirty. A homeless person takes up 3 tables. Dried up over cooked food. None of the tables were clean, so I had to walk around the restaurant to find a semi clean table to sit at.

This location is quick on food orders at the counter and drive thru but very slow in pick up orders and app orders. Also they don't participate in free fry Fridays. Staff is nice and bathrooms stay pretty clean. Its super hot at this location and due to high homeless population i wouldn't bring kids here. They will ask you for food or money. I am okay with that but not everyone is and it's super hot right now.

Drive-thru orders are wrong 1 out of 3 times. The AM orders are wildly incorrect. For example: I ordered a number 3 with a large coffee - I was given a number 1 with a small coffee.
If the order contains more than one combo, half of the order is incorrect. It's absolutely maddening ordering from here.

So I go through the drive thru and order 2 mcdoubles. I pull off after getting the food and look in the bag and I have someone else's order. I turn around to head back to the store and go inside. The worker proceeds to take the food back and puts it back to be served to another customer. I told her she's not supposed to take food back over the counter/back in window. BIG health violation. She looks at me and smiles and hands me my correct order.
NEVER will be coming back to this location. Disgusting.

Asked for SLIGHTLY toasted because the bread is usually stale by this point and I get burnt to a crisp… make it make sense.

Went for minecraft stuff. But they no longer had it. The food was okay. Staff was friendly.
Thanks to the area they removed the drink machines, next to impossible to get a refill. Food was typical McDonald's and restaurant fairly clean.
Was not busy when I visited. Everything went well. There is outdoor seating available which is cool!
They can't seem to figure out like other stores on keeping the line going. Cheese taste old alot
