Here visiting for the holidays was told not to order from this store but it was Close to where I was staying. First, when I went in the store was not clean. Second,When I went to order told Raymon that I would wait for my food to be made fresh. He kept stressing to me. It will take 15 minutes to cook fries. If I wanted them fresh.He told me he could Warm them in the Microwave. told him again I wanted fresh fries. So fries were fresh But chicken sandwiches were warm like they made it first then cooked my fries. First and last time I will ever visit that store again. A terrible experience

I ordered 2 hot n spicy for my son. Got 2 mcchicken that were old and hard. Ordered reg mcflurry and got a MINI with NO spoon. Dec 13th at 1115pm The kid at the 1st window had an attitude AND messed up my order. The little girl at the window was equally rude AND messed up my order. This is the worst McDonald's in austin. It would really be nice to be able to GET WHAT IM ORDERING without having to go back, turn around, or correct the people who work here!! Yall need to fire your manger cuz they are hiring idiots Or Are doing a poor job of training them! Either one is ridiculous.
The only good thing was the fries were fresh. But that doesn't outweigh the list of mistakes!

Spent $116 and didn't get our correct order they don't want a refund or remix the meal very rude management and it is my right to record and they were telling me not to record
The meat was raw the fries were extra salt and overcooked never again

I just went through the drive-thru. Line was long and entrance is hard to turn into from the right and the line was long late on Sunday. Service and food was good.

I HAD TO SPEAK TO THE HIGHER OFFICE BECAUSE OF HER!
If you go here and they mess up your order don’t expect it to get fixed!! If I could give zero stars I would. Veronica messed up my drive thru order and made me leave my car unattended twice to go inside to get my order to be then still given a completely different order when gotten home. Even after telling her each item I got she still messed up my order and forgot something. When realizing she forgot an item. I called the store. Then when talking to Veronica and finding out that she is the “manager” she told me the only option was to drive all the way back there and return the food for a refund. Absolutely no help and probably still have my order that i touched to the next person. Worst place to come to in the Morning. The location on Metric is way better and never messed up my order. My fault for trying their location but it probably has to due with Veronica being the completely useless at helping customers. If you encounter her make sure you check that she just didn’t accidentally give your order to someone else then back to you. The place is all over the place and I will definitely be taking the further drive from now on.
