Not clean, not fresh, and they charge you different prices. They also sold me a expired chicken today and i don't wish to get sick. This is the worst McDonald's in Austin because they never sold me a single fresh food. Disgusting🤢

Also, hispanic girl just joking around and laughing like she isnt at work. Everytime i come here i have to wait for customers who have came in 5min before me and all i order is a burger, fries, and a drink? And, just smiled in my face behind the cashier seemingly she was trying to cause a confrontation. Definetly needs to get fired. I waited 15 to 20 min for my order, smh.

Make the drive to a different McDonald’s. This restaurant is absolutely disgusting!!! It took a CUSTOMER asking for a rag to clean the tables before the EMPLOYEES got off their butts and did their jobs. I’ve worked in fast food all my life, and this location is honestly a joke. If you do come to this location, be prepared for sticky floors, piled up trash, and disgusting tables.

My bar is low for a McDonald's but that was horrible. Nothing was cleaned up, no paper towels, the soda machine was not reloaded, the service was completely out of it.

Have always ordered a caramel frappe with a couple shots of espresso. They let me know every time they dont have espresso. Ok but y'all have no problem handing me the drink regardless if I get the shots I pay for? Ask the customer if they want you to run it back. Offer a small fry or something to comp. Something. Just don't tell me you can't give me something I paid for and then hand me my food anyway. And clean your establishment. Everytime I come to this spot, trash is everywhere.

Young girl at counter ordered an egg McMuffin, the famous breakfast food they advertise, she stated “ we don’t have those on the menu “ another customer standing near stated they had messed her order up twice this morning. Very poor customer service, didn’t appear to know what was going on. No management in sight.

I’ve never given bad reviews to any places, but this McDonald branch at this place is terrible. I ordered unsweetened tea lemonade, the female stuff there just gave me a cup and asked me with a bad attitude to fill by myself while there was no lemonade out and there only soda drinks. Never go back to that place again!!!!

I know I am not bilingual at all but good God folk if you work at a restaurant at least try and communicate.
