I go to this McDonald’s usually because it’s the closest to me, but 3 times in a row they have gotten my order wrong and don’t listen well to what the customer is asking for.

Look at my other pic didn’t have no problem at all. Got me waiting for 30 mins just to tell me only breakfast. I’m getting a refund this is ridiculous.

I just left this McDonalds and I was there for at least 30 minutes my food was just sitting there and no one called the number this was the worst service I have ever received and will be looking forward to much better service next time and my food was cold they had to remake it😤.

Horrible customer service. Every time I come here the wait is extremely long. No matter the time of day. The young kids working inside are rude and disrespectful. My daughter drank the orange HI-C from this place an vomited shortly after. I will be emailing corporate to shut this place down.
I didn't have any issues with my order but I went around 11pm one day and 1am a different day. My main issue is there was a group of homeless people sitting out front near the second window. While I was waiting for my order one of them came up to my car(right next to my car window btw) and started asking me for money. When I declined they just stood next to my car and stared at me because they knew I was uncomfortable. every time I drive past now i see them just sitting by the window bothering other people as well.. overall very uncomfortable experience just because of the stare down and how close he was to my car :/

Very clean location, it gets busy around d lunch so was hard to catch anyone’s attention for a good 4 mins before I was acknowledged to pick up my order

I ordered through DoorDash and kept updating that the order was still preparing. Over 50 mins of preparing and delivery kept updating to a longer time. I called 8 times to this store and no pick up at all. They never answered and this is horrible because it says this location is open 24/7 and no response at all. I waited 50 mins don’t place orders here they don’t answer and don’t complete your order. DoorDash doesn’t even refund you the entire full price you paid. Store doesn’t help by answering and trying to help with the order or to give an live update. Like why isn’t anyone in this store picking up the phone, when it says 24/7 open. Everyone working August 3rd over night shift should be terminated completely unacceptable.
