So I’m not sure if “Paola” the training manager here has had any training herself, it’s happened on multiple occasions where I come in and get my order wrong and have to use both English and Spanish because they can’t seem to understand either. It’s quite infuriating when they can’t seem to understand English and so you use your first language, Spanish to talk to them and they don’t like it either. I’m always either having to come back because I am overcharged, charged for the incorrect items or just not given the right other at all

Its wild how not only can they get the drink order wrong, but then they ask for what kind of picante you need and they get that wrong too. There's no quality control to check the bag before they give it to you. Its insane how this costs so much and its complete and utter garbage.

I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window the worker asked me what I ordered and I told her. She proceeded to give me my food but no drinks so I waited. She then came back to the window and asked if I had another order and I told her I never received my drinks. She asked what they were and had me pull up. After waiting about 6-7 minutes in the stall she comes to my car to ask what drinks I had. I told her and she went to get the drinks. After about another 6-7 minutes she returns with the wrong drink. This is not the first time this location messes up and makes me wait rather long for a drink.
