The lady at the drive-thru in the morning is very short. I tried to say thank you and she just slammed the window in my face. It's not all about time you should care a little about how people feel too. I understand you're a giant corporation that cares about nothing but still just a little advice

At this location- you have to wait a long time for someone to come to the counter to take your order. When ordering coffee, the NEVER put the lids on all the way. Once causing to lid to come off & hot coffee spilling all over me in my vehicle. While the manager was very apologetic, it continues to happen.

Everyday I go here and order it's always something wrong with my order most times I can't even turn around because I have work the ladies in the evening are rude and they even do shady things like heat up cookies when you ask for the fresh I went home with the cookies hard as a rock if you have a problem giving somebody what they paid for this is not the job for you I shouldn't have to accept whatever yall try to give just because y'all don't care

I ordered through the app and had it sent to this location. The first time went here was subpar, but I chalked it up to being busy and it was a minor thing so wasn’t worried about it. This time, it wasn’t busy and they messed my order up again. My large Sweet Tea wasn’t even slightly sweet, I only received two of my dipping sauces and on top of that I only received 18 of 20 chicken nuggets. I only know the last part bc I was dividing them up between my twin nephews and my niece. Like why would you mess up the order that bad when you’re not busy? Never again. Not even worth going back up there bc of the incompetence.

Ordered a spicy mchicken with a small fry The fries were stale, cold and had no salt. The mchicken looked like it had taken a bath in mayonnaise.
So I’m not sure if “Paola” the training manager here has had any training herself, it’s happened on multiple occasions where I come in and get my order wrong and have to use both English and Spanish because they can’t seem to understand either. It’s quite infuriating when they can’t seem to understand English and so you use your first language, Spanish to talk to them and they don’t like it either. I’m always either having to come back because I am overcharged, charged for the incorrect items or just not given the right other at all
