McDonald's has recently undergone renovations, now offering self-service kiosks with touch screen displays for customized orders. Customers can choose to pay at the kiosk or counter, and if they select the former, a token number is provided for server delivery. One customer recently visited for a Filet O'Fish sandwich and found the bun to be fluffy, but the fish portion small and the fries "sad" and "limp." However, the staff, particularly Joslynn at the drive-thru, are commended for their friendliness and attentiveness.
