Waited in a long line and used a discount code from the app. The employee scanned/took my code, it showed as going through, but then it was entered incorrectly. After that, I couldn’t reload or reuse the code in the app, and they wouldn’t fix it or offer any solution.
Mistakes happen, but it was frustrating to wait that long, lose the discount due to an employee error, and get no help resolving it.

How can you experience the restaurant if it's not open when advertised. Came at 5:45 would have loved to have a coffee sit and relax for 20 minutes. Store list dine in open at 5 am -10pm. They're no signs letting the public know when they will open up. Customer service is definitely not a priority.

Went there to grab a snack and use the play scape. Normal McDonald's food and fyi the play scape isn't for toddlers but we still had fun.

Kid at the window didn’t say a word to me. Handed me my food, mumbled something inaudible, closed the window. No fake niceties, no smile. Just food.
10/10, excellent service, will be coming back. I don’t need or expect a Chick-fil-a experience at McDonald’s. I know what I’m getting.
