This location used to be good.I stop in on my way to office for breakfast around 9 am two or three times a week .For the last 3 weeks they have gotten my order wrong everytime.This morning they gave me a #4 without a sausage party.Yesterday they handed me someone else's order completely.Worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and that's saying a lot.DoneAvoid at all costs.

I made my annual pilgrimage MD's tonight for a shamrock shake. I was very excited.Unfortunately the staff member at the drive thru window was extremely rude. When he handed me an all white shake (keep in mind, I was very excited), I asked "this is a shamrock shake, right?" His flippant response was "uh, yesssss." I replied, with a confused and curious tone, "it doesn't look very green?" To which he replied "I'm just working here!" And waved his hand at me.Mostly confused, I drove away, but one sip in I knew it was a disaster. Vanilla shake. All sham, no shamrock. I was lied to and made to feel like a fool in the process.I debated going back, but alas, I was already on my way. Disappointed in the outcome, but even more disappointed in the employee's behavior.

WORST customer service ever. They do not pay attention to what you order. They get the orders all messed up. It doesn’t have to be that complicated. But they make it complicated, don’t really speak or understand English, they give you what you didn’t order. It’s just HORRIBLE. VERY poor customer service.

Parking is easy. It’s a classic McDonald’s full of people who want to take out. Food quality is within the average range. A bit noisy in the store. There was no tea during my visit. Overall, it’s a McDonald’s you imagine.
