Im really starting to frustrated coming here. You walk in everyone disappears from the front. The manager was up front taken orders then walked off hasn’t came back.
I’m here for a DoorDash order that’s complete yet I’m having to wait it’s been 10 mins. They want you to confirm the order but have you waiting for over 10mins. The manager then proceeded to yell at me for calling them out. This is ridiculous we shouldn’t have to wait till over 10mins for customer services.

I ordered two medium Sprites with my meal at 9:30 PM. When I got home, I noticed the drinks tasted like plain carbonated water with no Sprite flavor. I drove back to the restaurant, a 10-minute trip, and asked the manager to fix my order. She informed me they were out of Sprite and needed to switch out the syrup. I asked if she could provide large Sprites instead to make up for the inconvenience. However, she reused my medium cups and ignored my request for large drinks. When I asked why, she responded, “Why do I have to?” I pointed out that they had been serving carbonated water instead of Sprite for at least 30 minutes, as it was now 10:00 PM. I gave her another chance to resolve the issue and asked for a complimentary apple pie. She again replied, “Why do I have to?”Note to franchise owner: The staff needs training on monitoring and replenishing soda flavors to prevent serving plain carbonated water. The manager could benefit from customer service training to handle complaints more effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

He always greets customers with a big smile, is friendly and respectful, and makes the ordering experience so much better. It’s always a pleasure seeing him at the window. Great job, Matthew!
Asked for Relleno de papa and hot a stuffed Hot 🥔 the size of my head. 😞. Nothing tasted Authentic. Not prepared to take App payments. Lots of flys and no Attention to detail in the surrounding. Did not feel comfortable sitting there to eat.
