Pay attention this is a very nice area to ninety and seventy one mcdonald's... from the countertops at the soda machine to the floors to the restrooms.. dirty and nasty is all get out. A so-called supervisor sitting there.I tell him that the restrooms needed service.And he just looked at me up-and-down.Didn't care that I was telling him that they needed service when I went to the counter to get my food and get my drink.I realized how nasty the place was. The so-called supervisor bald-headed guys.Hort with glasses doesn't give a damn!!! I don't care if this is a pit.Stop for me at my job.I will not eat at this place again

Almost always, it's faster/easier to walk in to get an order than using the drive through. Not at this location on this morning, even when using the DIY kiosk to order.
Food was up to standards, but the time to do a simple breakfast order for 1 person seemed excessively long, as there was only 1 other customer inside before me.

Was the 1 McDonald's in the Austin area you could count on up until November. The service has gone down, the workers are rude, orders are never right anymore. So sad the 1 McDonald's I loved has turned into every other ghetto McDonald's in Austin 😔

It was McDonald's the people don't get paid enough. And it poisons us.
Went through the drive through and the person taking orders immediately had an attitude and kept rushing our order. We get our food and we're missing a fry that we paid for, so we told them we were missing a fry. The lady said she put both in the bag and said to hurry up because she has a line. She ended up giving us our fry saying it'll be on her, as if she wasn't the one who forgot to put it in the bag in the first place. Before we left the parking lot we noticed we were also missing the sauce for the nugget meal so my husband went inside to ask for it, and the lady (supplsedly the manager) told the cashier not to give him any sauces because "they were already in the bag." Very unprofessional management, even for McDonald's. Genuinely surprised she is even still running the store.
