Was the 1 McDonald's in the Austin area you could count on up until November. The service has gone down, the workers are rude, orders are never right anymore. So sad the 1 McDonald's I loved has turned into every other ghetto McDonald's in Austin 😔

Newly renovated and now has outdoor seating and patio area
Dietary restrictions: They were able to make no-salt fries for me.
Went through the drive through and the person taking orders immediately had an attitude and kept rushing our order. We get our food and we're missing a fry that we paid for, so we told them we were missing a fry. The lady said she put both in the bag and said to hurry up because she has a line. She ended up giving us our fry saying it'll be on her, as if she wasn't the one who forgot to put it in the bag in the first place. Before we left the parking lot we noticed we were also missing the sauce for the nugget meal so my husband went inside to ask for it, and the lady (supplsedly the manager) told the cashier not to give him any sauces because "they were already in the bag." Very unprofessional management, even for McDonald's. Genuinely surprised she is even still running the store.

Beside that everything is mostly premade, it is as usual the typical fast food and maybe the best deals and of course children's holy land.
Kid-friendliness: It sure is the children's favorite place and most parents would agree. Many of them have the well set up playground.

If you can’t take a drive thru order while your inside is closed and no one is in line then you should not work food service. We left about 10 minutes ago and lady at the drive thru noticeably rushed us through the order to the point where when we were asking for no lettuce(I have an allergy) and sauces, she completely stopped talking and ignored us(we got a basket of fried and a 20 piece, not that much). Come to find out there’s lettuce on everything and no sauce. Food is served cold. It’s crazy to say that McDonald’s is overpriced but for the quality of food I cannot believe I paid for this service.
