Jon was exceptional as he helped me add egg and cheese to my order after I ordered, upgrading it (I payed for)to a meal. The fact that he was patient enough to handle it and go above and beyond in that moment meant a lot. Very poor customer service. Google and the posted store hours on the front door state that they open at 5am. Everyday. I asked if they can let me in since my work vehicle doesn’t fit in the drive thru and with a rude attitude I was lectured on how they opened at 6am. The lobby was completely disgusting and not clean. Very disappointing experience

Ordered a hot mocha and got iced. Ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. Got a bacon quarter pounder with pickles only. I hate pickles!!My son got his frappe and a double quarter pounder with cheese, except with no pickles and the lettuce, onions and tomatoes I had customized for mine.No receipt to show what the heck they thought the order was. So no way to let them know they screwed up royally. Also no one is answering the phone. Probably because they are busy?This is why I don't like to order from this McDonald's. I had thought we had found the key to getting the correct orders by keeping it simple by ordering through the app and just ordering a sandwich and a drink. Ordered this way the last few times and everything was perfect. This time? WRONG! So very, very wrong!!

Morning manager was down right rude at the drive thru window. Pretty much yanked my debit card from my hand and shoved the drinks at me and my debit card not giving me a chance to situate. Then when I asked for salt and pepper and jelly acted like I was asking for too much and pretty much shoved it at me and shut the door on my before my hand was back in the car. No thank you, have a nice day, screw you, bye or anything. Horrible customer service. I understand having a bad day but you leave that at the door when dealing with customers. Food was fresh and good tho.

Don't not go here. Customer service is horrible, one of the workers seem like they mad at the whole world. I ordered quarter pounder with just no mustard and got a hair and a burger that looked dropped on the ground. If don't like working fast food go to school or find another job. Your dealing with human beings lively hood.

Tried it again - zero stars again. Food was terrible. Fries were half-cooked and in a clump at the bottom of the box. Order was missing a burger completely. Everything was wet and soggy, as if it had been sitting in a sauna. Maybe it's an improvement that they remembered the sauces for the nuggets? But otherwise, this location should close. Ronald McDonald would be rollin' in his grave.

Had to repeat my order several times, the rang me up twice and gave my order to the car ahead of my. They charged me through the app and then also ran my physical card. Seemed like they were getting everyone's orders mixed
