The issue i had was a very simple fix, I asked if I could get a receipt printed because the kiosk did not print it. I need the receipt for work or it will be taken out of my own pay. The worker had no clue what to do and asked the manager, the manager said no he can't print the receipt. Which I've had many other mcdonald's do for me in the past. Which is go into order history and look up the order number and print a copy.

Nobody at the register so you'll be standing around for 10 minutes or more waiting for someone to hand you your pickup order (that you can see is already made, sitting on the counter getting cold).

The employees (that can clearly see you waiting in the lobby) working the drive thru probably aren't allowed by management to spend a few seconds handing a bag to someone at the counter. Otherwise they'll raise their precious average drive thru order completion time and lose bonuses / get penalized by corporate, oh no!!!

The store manager Amanda is so unprofessional, when I asked to speak to her because I saw her yelling at an older lady working there and other than that, my food was wrong and cold. She looked at the window and walked away. Worst experience here. Never coming back. Not going back to a business that mistreats their own people.

Every time I go to this McDonald's and go to drive through. I'm always missing food in the bag. The staff acts like they don't understand what I'm saying. I try to go back and order another day, and the same thing happens. I don't like to go to that one anymore!
