For a McDonald's it's great. Workers have all been friendly and they are prompt. For Mickey D's who could ask for more?

Empty- very cold no one to help our senior citizen to help with their orders. I called out for help and Estrella helped and told her how inconvenient it was that no one was at the register- 2 couples seniors walked out after looking at the machines . They wonder and got out. Owner if this place hire for more help and don’t forget technology is great for us but the Human touch creates mire smiling faces and will give you mire revenue!! Get the wisdom from our senior citizens. Put sugar, cream and coffee stirs The floor was not wet but dirty. I counted 6 employees and not one asking with we need it any thing.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The staff was rude, unfriendly, and made me feel really bad as a customer. You expect at least a little respect, but I didn’t find it here. I will never come back to this location and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
They should train their staff to treat people in a friendly manner.

Put in a mobile order at 7. This location was closed and non-operational but they still took my order. Can't cancel because somehow order moved automatically into being prepared. No way to contact for refund since nobody is at the store. Wasted what little time I had this morning to deal with this.
My burger had no meat patty, I was given 4 nuggets instead of 6 and none of the sauces.

the store and bathrooms were really dirty, not only was the store unpleasant the service was not good at all. no suaces wanted nor was given to us, lied about the happy meals, really slow when only one other customer in the store. dont recommend coming here.

Basically every time Ive been here they get my order wrong, last time I placed it online 5 min before getting there and still waited for 10 mins while they got it ready. Plus another 5 minutes waiting to get the rest of the order that they forgot to put in the bag
