You should try your hardest to avoid this location if possible. In my experience, there's at least a 30% chance that nobody will answer the drive-thru speaker.

The employee did not know how to enter my code for a free item. That was fine but then they took quite awhile to get my order and no other customer was there, other than me!!! So I have no clue why it took so long for 2 items to be put in a bag. When I finally received my order I left and my fries were cold! Not fresh at all! And then I ate the burger which was also cold. It was before 7 pm and they weren’t busy at all so I have no idea what their excuse was for my cold food. Cold fries isn’t great when you are hoping and waiting for their hot and fresh yummy fries but when you get cold burger and fries that’s just gross and not very appetizing. I tried to call several times to complain and no one answers the phone. I’m sorry but I did not get my moneys worth and shouldn’t have pay to eat a cold meal! I’m paid for a hot meal!!! I am hoping they will contact me and refund me or replace my meal. I’m Very unhappy! I’ve eaten here before and never been so upset. Please have the manager contact me asap. I will keep calling because I am not letting this slide. It was completely unacceptable. Still jo call from mgr NO ONE ANSWES THE PHONE. HAVE TRIED CALLING FOR 2 weeks.

This is a really bad experience a worker or make that lots of times he was being very mean and I just said if you didn’t want to come work then don’t come and he said really mean well go to another store sow we talked to the manager and she would talk to him.

My previous review 3 days ago:Delicious! ?Today on Saturday, February 10, 2024 i had a totally different experience:We had a terrible experience today at this McDonald's. We have gone through this drive thru before a few times and it went well, but Not this time. The lady made us wait for our receipt ignoring us for a while turning her back towards us with her window closed. Then she did Not want to give us a receipt even though I asked for it. She treated us very disrespectful.We eventually got the receipt, which the next person at the next window took from us. We got our order and i asked for my receipt back,but he could Not find it right away and i stayed there and cars were behind me. He then gave it to me all balled up.I understand if some people do not want their receipt, but i made it clear that i want a receipt.We have been very very good customers of McDonald's and most people working at McDonald's are friendly, but if my experience would be as bad as today I would Never want to come back.

My grandkids love going to the playground @McDonald's it's their place to release some energy and have fun. We all love the chicken nuggets, fries, ice cream cones, and double cheeseburgers.

Saturday, I placed an order through the kiosk and the machine didn't print a receipt upon order completion. At this point I let who appeared to be the manager know that I placed an order but don't have a printed receipt. She looked at the monitor and saw the order. At this moment I went to the bathroom which is on the gas station side.When I came back I took a seat and began to wait. I noticed that alot of people started coming in and they were being served. So I go to the counter and let the cashier know about my order. I also let him know that I told the woman wearing the black shirt, and so she was aware about the order. A gentleman comes in from the kitchen and he begins to work on the order.The woman I spoke to was now in the kitchen and we can see one another. She says in Spanish, "moreno" and some other stuff and her and some workers begin to giggle. Moreno means Black person and so I knew she was talking about me. This also let me know my order was delayed on purpose. But there was no reason. I had no disagreement or anything with anyone one of them. This type of service was definitely unprofessional and unnecessary.

What a mess. Took 30 minutes to get a burger. No one speaks English. The floor was horribly dirty. The employees were rude and no one wAs getting their order. They give you a cup, but the fountain drink station was inoperable. Two young men cut in line that seemed to be friends with one of the employees and they got free food.Once I got my food, there was no ketchup or napkins in the bag.McDonalds Corp. would be embarrassed by this franchise. Avoid.
