Very bad management, The manager was very rude and very unprofessional. Tried to blame the customer for their own lack of proper training. They made many mistakes taking my order and always get the order wrong. Cold fries every time! They always act dumb when I try to get them to fix the mistakes they make.

Even by McDonald's standards this place is terrible including the manager. The app told me to call the store and before I could finish explaining she cut me off to say she couldn't do anything and continued to deny helping when I said McDonald's advised I needed to call the store and kept saying I needed to "do it [my]self"

It was good until another customer came in to eat and he smelt like boo boo made me sick I told the manager and other employees and I was informed that they couldn't make that customer leave so I left because that customer was making me sick from his odor and he had brung flies in with him that has to be unsanitary.

Dirty and gross. I felt like I needed a shower afterwards.
I went through the drive thru. Ordered two of the simplest things on the menu. A McDouble and a chocolate milk shake. Nothing right or good! The milk shake was bland at best. No flavor! The burger bun was stale and the burger was just yuck! What the heck?! These people want a living wage? Are you kidding me?! Very disappointing from this brand.

I would like to give zero stars. The order taker was so rude. She cut me off and said "that is not what I asked you" they messed up our order, they left out part of our order. The people at the window were also rude. Worst service I have ever experienced from a McDonalds and I will be calling the Manager.

I am only giving a 2 to not be mean. This place is LITERALLY disgusting. DISGUSTING. Understaffed, you can tell the employees are STRUGGLING. The floors have stuff all over them, ain’t nobody wanna sit down at the tables cause they are so DISGUSTING. Very gross.

How could one possibly mess up a Quarter Pounder with Cheese…by forgetting to add the cheese?! It’s the titular ingredient. Seriously?I’ll go ahead and keep the one star because I did get a free meal due to helping two older folks who couldn’t figure out those faulty kiosks. Really? If you’re going to force people to engage with technology this way, at least make sure the device is user friendly. That broke my heart.
