Pretty bad service, McDonalds is generally bad but this is beyond that. No care, no attention to details, general rudeness. Someway somehow the food was old and even worse. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be miserable!

As much as kiosks seem convenient to some when you have only cash to pay it makes it difficult to use. If your not computer savvy the kiosks are a real inconvenience as well. It makes customer service suck as well cause you can stand at the counter and just be ignored. For what McDonalds charges nowdays it just isn't worth it anymore.

The hiring manager here needs to hire a more diverse group of employees every time I’ve come to this McDonalds the employee working barely speak English. I have to repeat my order way to many times while employees give attitude they take orders from the same line more then once leaving the other sitting there waiting

This location used to be awesome. Today it took 25 minutes to get my mobile order. They got it wrong.

Unfortunately this will be my last visit to this establishment. It’s located in a very busy area and convenient to get there quickly, but the service and food is substandard. Each visit is a total toss up, because I’m not sure what to expect. Either I’ll receive cold food items or a wrong order. Now, it has been times when I can honestly say the food was very good and freshly made to order, but unfortunately the bad service and the horrible food items on several visits, out ways the good. My last visit was justification for my decision to not visit anymore. I just left the ER at 5am expecting to get something quick to eat from McDonald’s, but was met with an unexpected disappointment with the service staff which was very rude. The breakfast biscuits were cold in which instead of complaining, I threw them away. The coffee appeared to have been made, maybe, earlier which was very distasteful. Calling the restaurant to complain is joke, because know one will answer and calling the 1-800 number is a run around. So for now, I will travel further for a quick meal instead of stopping at this restaurant which is closer.

If you show up 5 mins before dinner ending, they will ignore you in the drive through (me & another car at both speakers) until
the clock strikes, and then they switched over the menu to breakfast and said “hi can I help you”,
The irony is that I had already put in a mobile order 10 mins prior, that was just sitting there getting cold, but I guess they thought they were avoiding having to cook more food right before breakfast starts by ignoring me

McDs decided they needed to make it more difficult for socially anxious people to accrue points on the app. Totally unnecessarily. I have to tell my code to the guy…he “can’t hear me” so I shout it to him, then he says “okay you need to make an order and we can get you your food…”
He had no idea what I was talking about, so he acted like he couldn’t hear, passed me off to a competent woman, who immediately saw my order, but still didn’t get the bonus. As I feel this was targeted at socially anxious people (me), I’m going to make it a point not to patronize McDonald’s. It’s Whataburger time! Their app actually keeps track of your points (because it just makes sense). You have to go out of everyone’s way to get bonus points from McDs. Great example of The capitalism that built this great nation of consumers. Predatory business practices

I’m on the road, and eat here way too often anyway. 3 stars because the food was good

Typical burger/ food you’d expect from this franchise. I went here for breakfast which I enjoy more than the rest of their menu.
Sausage McMuffin with a hash brown is the way to go. The coffee here isn’t the best, oj is my preferred choice.
