We had lunch today at Me Con Bistro and it was fabulous! The Beef Pho Soup was the best I’ve ever had & the service was top notch too!

The service here was excellent and the food tasty, though portions ran on the smaller side... toddler actually needed two child-sized phở bowls to be satisfied, which was surprising given their age. When you walk in, there’s a really fun fish tank that’s great for keeping kids entertained, and I appreciated the seat-yourself setup.
The music leaned more toward oldies and gave the place a hipster vibe rather than a traditional Vietnamese atmosphere. Parking felt a little sketchy, with several people appearing to live in their vehicles nearby.
As for the food, the broth was nice but a bit light on flavor and vegetables. What really made this visit stand out, though, was our waitress—she was incredibly attentive, kind, and made the experience so much better. The restroom was also spacious, stroller-friendly, and had a clean changing station, which is a big plus for families
