I used MealProz for a couple months and have enjoyed it, with the exception of the breakfast products. Since joining, I have noticed notice that my monthly spend on food increased by about 40% compared to what I was spending before at H-E-B on food per month. Also the Cedar Park pickup option was removed, making the closest pickup off Burnet Road, or around 10 miles away, twice per week. Alternatively I could have it delivered for $12 extra dollars twice per week, but that’s an extra $1250 per year on top of $27 per day for around 1400 Calories, putting the annual cost for a full meal plan, plus deliveries, at $11,000, or $923 per month (again.. for an avg. of 1400 calories per day).
Gotta get my income up! For now, back to $600 per month at H-E-B.
I did also find a couple hairs in my food over the timeframe and didn’t hear back from my support email sent.
Really excellent program if you have the disposable income to afford it. Also owner and their staff are great.

Meals are overall pretty good and very convenient, but if you pay for delivery, you get a window of 9-5 on a Sunday. I understand a delivery window but an 8 hour one? How do you not know if you’re starting or ending in an area? How is it not possible to, at the very least, narrow it down to a 4 hour window? They used to be smaller, but the windows keep getting bigger and bigger lately, and it’s honestly just not worth a wasted Sunday waiting around for delivery. Obviously there’s a pick up option, but in my opinion, the meals aren’t worth the hassle of driving out there, so I think we’re done once we find another option.
Basically, they’re a good option if you don’t mind picking up, or you don’t really value your time on a Sunday.

Had the first meal with Meal Proz today and I must post this ASAP. Had the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, it was BEYOND AMAZING !! so tasty and the nutrition content is great, very helpful for my diet. I love that it tastes freshly made, the chicken breast feels like a real breast with no preservatives unlike other meal services. This beats Snap kitchen in all fronts (price, taste, food volume and freshness/home- made taste, calories density). Thanks Meal Proz for this, will post more photos when I have a chance to finish my batch 🙏
I was unsure at first because I had tried other meal prep companies. Meal Proz is one of my best decisions that I have ever made. Their menu constantly changes and the food tastes great. Food Allergies? No worries, they got you. I thought I was going to be hungry but surprisingly it fills you up the right amount so you dont feel hungry or like you overate. Through Meal Proz I have lost a total of 30lbs so far. I cant say that I had ever done that with another company. What I can say confidently is, Meal Proz is the best meal prep company by far anywhere in Central Texas. Maybe even in the US! Thank you guys for all you do. Keep up the great work!
