These are some of my favorite beers in the city, but coming to have them at the source has become an impossible chore with how busy they get. I really hope a satellite taproom is in their future so that the people who want to come for an actual brewery experience can do that. This is more a mixed use compound centered around a playground that happens to brew good beer. I can’t hate for their successes, but they’ve kinda built themselves into this new school brewery corner...
I’ve always loved meanwhile; for group hangs, family gatherings, solo work sessions + coffee / food / beer. - but today I have to shout out, Ren. They were such a breath of fresh air when taking my order and gave me a boost of positive energy when I wasn’t feeling my best. Then when my latte was mistakenly made in a to go cup instead of for here, they made the choice to take the time, and do the right thing, remaking it for here from scratch and not just dump it into a ceramic...
