Stopped by Meat Your Heart during the F1 weekend at COTA and wow, their Cuban sandwich was unreal, juicy pulled pork, melty cheese, and that hint of mustard that ties it all together. Honestly one of the best I’ve had outside Miami. The line was worth it!

I wasn’t expecting to find tequeños at the race, but these were next-level. Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside pure comfort food! The vibe at their stand was on top. Ended up coming back for a second order between races

Ran out of all food besides fries before noon. Didn’t bother to check second truck for more food. Waited 30 minutes fries and got half filled box with barley any toppings and get a pre-opened coke.

Went to food truck to order loaded fries. No one’s in line should have been my warning. Proceeded to order my fries. Paid 17.32 for cold hard and disgusting not loaded fries. Proceed to take it back and was given the shoulder. Meaning so what. I hate festival food the worst. Never again. And this truck by far is worse ever

Food truck out at COTA - I had the loaded fries and the Caribbean hot dog. Both were SO delicious. I will definitely go there again when at COTA!

Expect excessive wait times. Took about 45 min of waiting for a simple order. They also didn’t provide honest updates or even an apology once the order was finally ready after it was delayed on their part, just ignored me and stormed off. Very unorganized establishment. Would not recommend ordering from their ghost kitchen at 5610 North Interstate 35 Frontage Road.
One of my favorite burgers in the city! I love coming here — they have an amazing Cuban sandwich, and their burger meat has a truly unique and delicious flavor. Every time I go to a concert and see they’re there, I don’t hesitate to eat with them. Everything I’ve tried has been great!

First let me start off by saying they have great food, I’ve tried once and bragged to my wife that it was very good.
I follow on instagram and they sent a message saying they’re open with an address! So I left and drove 40 minutes to get there. I messaged them saying I’m ready to order, they said order online so I did, I waited 40 minutes, food never came out! I ask the guy in front, he said they are not here. What a waste of time of my day! They left me on Read after that, I was so furious and very mad, I went ahead and ordered from somewhere else. Needless to say, DO NOT ADVERTISE SAYING YOU ARE OPEN AND YOU ARE NOT OPENED! ALSO STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND! I wouldn’t give 1 star! I will never support you guys again! Very wrong what you are doing here! Not to mention my wife was on her lunch break & didn’t even get to eat.

This is the biggest waste of money there is. The people working here should unironically be ashamed to serve the food. Tiny portions, almost criminal levels of deception by the advertisement/menu depictions of the items. Would give less stars but unable. 20 dollars for a pre made burger with 2 pieces of soggy lettuce, is insane work. Cheese sticks are cold in middle and children size. Best thing about the meal was the Dr. Pepper.

It took 45 minutes to get a mediocre, burnt, overly salted and highly dried burger. Unorganized and overwhelmed. Will never go back.

Worst Cuban sandwich and plantains I’ve ever had. Cuban was small and non flavorful . Plantains were just a slice of plantain surround by fried matter and coated with some salt. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t often give negative reviews, but after two separate occasions here, I felt it appropriate. In summary, the prices are astronomical relative to size and quantity, and I find their model a bit deceptive. I mistakenly ordered lumpia for $7 at Dat Filipino BBQ. The photo while ordering from the kiosk in person showed 4/5 pieces, but little did I know the portion was a single piece of tiny lumpia. The second encounter was with meat your heart. I’ve had this food truck elsewhere and the portions were great. The portions at this location were half the size. I find it quite deceptive with a $15 price tag for a sandwich. Overall, this complex had let me down multiple times, so I’ll likely avoid any restaurant within.
