I LOVE frozen yogurt and the consistency of Menchie's is beyond delicious! I enjoy sitting at the store and observing everyone else create their own unique cups!

The only thing was this past visit that was slightly unpleasant was that we were not greeted. The two employees were way too busy talking to each other but the real kicker was that the young man in the hat was the only one actually working!

I get it, young kids will be young kinds. But these two youngsters made it seem like no one was manning the store. No engagement. Just talking about hair length, hair color, and who knows what else.

All this to say, team work makes the dream work. And the young man in the cap was doing it all by himself. That's all but hey I will be coming back:) I love frozen yogurt way too much!

The owners of this Menchies location truly go above and beyond. We bought a frozen yogurt cake for my son’s birthday and the cake flavor ended being mislabeled on the box. Not only did the owner apologize and refund my money, but she made a beautiful replacement cake with my son’s favorite flavor to celebrate “back to school.” We will continue to patronize this location for frozen yogurt—and birthday celebrations! Thanks again for making everything more than right for us :)

Teenagers standing talking to each other as customers come in. Asked one for cups to sample, she gives me one lol What am I supposed to do with that? If I try more than 1 reuse the cup? I asked her for more than that and she gives me 1 more, rather than play that game I tried two flavors that was it. Now, I have got yogurt many times, and consistently, it's around 5-6 dollars when I have filled it more than usual. This time, the yogurt was like strands that filled the cup but not by weight more by space, and she weighed it (Same girl) and she said near 10 dollars. I said are you sure? I should have made her weigh it in front of me and why do they weigh for the cup too? That cup is heavy it's not that light and at those prices I am good on this place I won't go there again with their fraudulent weighing practices and not so good customer service.

Update: anyone working a job in customer service should know how to work with the public regardless of age because we are spending our money there in hard times so that should be when business owners are most appreciative and show it through their employees and product.
The cup was weighed with yogurt because one of your teenagers told me that they do that and/or they also might not have operated the scale correctly because it was doubled in price, and I got no toppings this time. It was 10 dollars when I can buy 2 cartons at the grocery store...THATS CRAZY!!!

I'm a casual person so I always get the cookies and cream froyo with hot fudge and kitkat, but here I feel like everything other than the classic didn't taste that great. Don't try the cake batter thing it's not as good as expected, but overall i love the feel, we had this on my birthday right after coming from sushi place. made me fell a lot happier after not full meal.

Hi I usually don’t like to leave a bad review but I really feel inclined to. This family experience was not so great to say the least. I get my frozen yogurt for me husband two daughters then to be told after it was made they cannot accept my $50 bill. Unfortunately that was all I had, the manager, a very young boy, says he can’t do anything and my husband has to run next door to get change but his yogurt was melting and not to mention the complete rude behavior from the front counter all the young and seemingly immature employees were laughing at me saying this was the worst thing that could have happened…all while I’m still in there trying my best not to feel awkward enough. Thank you for such unprofessionalism I will never return!!!
