Hi I usually don’t like to leave a bad review but I really feel inclined to. This family experience was not so great to say the least. I get my frozen yogurt for me husband two daughters then to be told after it was made they cannot accept my $50 bill. Unfortunately that was all I had, the manager, a very young boy, says he can’t do anything and my husband has to run next door to get change but his yogurt was melting and not to mention the complete rude behavior from the front counter all the young and seemingly immature employees were laughing at me saying this was the worst thing that could have happened…all while I’m still in there trying my best not to feel awkward enough. Thank you for such unprofessionalism I will never return!!!

Menchie's is the perfect sweet-tooth solution, especially after a long day of shopping or a movie nearby. Their froyo is the good kind - tangy and refreshing, not a sugar bomb. Toppings are where it's at! They've got all the classics (candies, cookie crumbles) plus fresh fruit and interesting options like boba and mochi. The rotating flavors make each visit a little adventure. Bonus points for the cheerful staff and playful vibe.

2 stars for the actual food, it is delicious without a doubt. We loved it. 3 lost stars for the staff. Then I read other reviews and realized this seems to be a theme - high school or college kids hired with probably little to no training, most certainly none in customer service. My son and me didn't know how things worked, so we walked in assuming there was a menu somewhere. When I interrupted the 3 girls' conversation at the counter they were visibly annoyed. I mean WTF?? We got our stuff and the checkout girl was equally disinterested. It's easy to blame the girls, but given the large number of similar reviews, I'd wonder what kind of training or expectations are being set by the management. Given how good the gelato is, this place has the potential to be huge. I hope they fix this soon. I plan to go back for the gelato and ignore the staff.

I went Sunday afternoon ( January 28th) for some froyo and these two young teen girls checking our froyo out were the sweetest ever. Super mature, fast, and quality customer service by them. It made my experience great!

Today is Thursday January 18th and there’s 3 ladies (teens or young adults) who didn’t even say hi and the toppings area was a mess and scale was dirty with yogurt drippings and they were just talking and laughing not paying attention to the

Unexpected Religious Display Visited Menchie's for a sweet treat and found the entire chalkboard covered in religious messages. While I respect diverse beliefs, a frozen yogurt shop isn't the place for it. It would have been better if the messages were promptly erased for a more inclusive atmosphere.

What's a guy gotta do to get some a/c in here?!Menchie's is typically a good spot. On top of it being hot inside with slightly hotter outside, this location's service is non-existent. There's no sense of cleanliness, and it all just outweighs any sort of good flavors.I'd say hit another spot for your tasty FroYo treat. This is not worth it.

I've been a patron of Menchie's since I visited their location in Steiner. Since this location in Lakeline is close to my house, I've been visiting here more often. I have to say I'm perplexed by the negative reviews. I've actually witnessed more ugly or rude behavior from customers who are being mean and demanding of the staff, whereas the staff are some of the sweetest and kindest, hardworking people I've met in a long time. While I do agree it is hard to find good help, you don't cultivate a loyal team by berating service workers and belittling or bullying them. The owners of Menchie's have a great business and a great staff to support them. The people who are complaining, who I've witnessed not just here but in other establishments, are the ones who are the problem. They expect society to bend to their whims and don't care about who they hurt when being nasty. The yogurt is fantastic but it's the people and the ambiance that keep me coming back. Sometimes you just have to weed out those few mean patrons who have nothing kind or productive to offer.
