This place is AMAZING and food is great. My boyfriend and I tried pupusas and the baleada especial. The agua frescas are delicious too! We came by here on a Saturday night at 6:45pm. The lady working inside said it would be 20 min before food is ready because she was in the middle of cleaning the grill. Why would you do that during dinner hours on a weekend? We were really looking forward to this place and unfortunately probably won't be back unless it's for lunch.
Edited - went on a weeknight and an elderly beautiful woman was so sweet at the window, took maybe 15 min to get the food everything was hot and fresh, their pineapple agua fresca is delicious

I am a customer of SAZON CATRACHO. but today I was here at this address and I wanted to try this other option...I don't know if the lady did it because I didn't give her Tips, but she told me that a chicken with slices took 15 minutes. It took almost 30 minutes and the chicken was very burnt. ... toasted, the slices were also very burnt, I thought the service was bad and the food was very refried... I think that giving tips is not an obligation and especially when I don't see good service, I think that was the reason for being so poorly served .I WILL NOT RETURN

I have tried almost all of the plates they sell and let me say the food is delicious!!! The food has really good flavor and it is made fresh when you order!! Lupita is very friendly and so welcoming to all her guest! I highly recommend this food truck to all who want to eat great homemade food!!
