Mick has been serving the exact same, stunningly high quality brisket from this unassuming food truck on the corner of Circle Drive and Thomas Springs for twenty years. Everything made to order, super nice guy, when he has sausage get it. If he makes anything special, get it! But if it is one-shot then get a breakfast brisket taco with the cheese mixed with the eggs, OMG so good. After 10 or so just get a brisket sandwich. He grills the bread and with pickles and onions and the mild hot sauce is divine. He is usually out of stock by 1:30 and gone by 2pm but is there early. These sandwiches are double this price anywhere else. Magical secret!

I've driven past this BBQ trailer a million times and finally stopped by this morning. The fellow working there was very nice and we had a nice conversation while he made my breakfast taco. I bought a sausage wrap to eat later and it was awesome!

The tacos were delicious and cooked perfectly, however, the owner chastised us for not tipping despite not giving my party the chance to tip, we had just recieved the cash back and was grabbing the food when we were yelled at for the lack of tip, I would reccomend the food here but the service cannot be ignored. This including the fact we waited 20 minutes and he forgot out order 3 times.

This place DOES take credit card. Like a hole in the wall but this is more of a trailer in the open. Dont judge it by its rustic appearance, The dude running it can smoke some meats. Prices are really good for this tier of bbq. I had the Sausage wrap, with pickles n onions and his homemade bbq sauce, killer. Hit that perfect balance of smokey, sweet, peppery, salty, acidic goodness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, worth the trip wherever youre coming from.
