Atmosphere was okay. Drinks were fine. The service was atrocious. Took 40 minutes to get a drink on seemingly slow night. Talked to our waitress twice in and hour and a half.

I made a reservation last week on Tock for a reservation for a week later for a Saturday night. I realized a couple days later I wouldn’t be able to make the reservation so I tried emailing and calling all week to cancel the reservation or to speak to someone about it. My multiple emails and voicemails have gone unanswered and they charged me $46 for the booking a week ago. I’ve yet to hear a response from them. Very disappointed in the customer service so far.

We were recommended this speakeasy by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. Loved the decor, vibe, history, and the breakdown of cocktails during cart side service. Make sure to book this speakeasy if you are a cocktail lover in Austin.

The table-side cart cocktails are a really fun experience. Their espresso martini is fabulous. Don’t forget to ask your mixologist about the history of the space, super interesting.

If you’re really into cocktails this might not be your spot as the custom menu wasn’t great (all the drinks have a few too many ingredients). If you’re just looking for a cool speakeasy-type vibe then this is the place to go.

The atmosphere is great, old time bar with history. Drinks were experimental and imaginative which was unique to my palate but they were good overall. There is a 20% service fee which I had not known about prior to receiving our check. I was not sure if this was a tip or not which is why I give the service a one star. Either relabel the 20% service fee as a "tip" or lower or eliminate the service fee altogether.

Pretty generic. Not like it's bad, but it doesn't stand out.

Expensive, drinks weren’t good- I’m convinced mine wasn’t made correctly, and the service started off good, but then we were ignored after our first round of drinks. We left and found better drinks at a bar/cafe downtown.

We made a reservation, paid a booking fee, showed up and no one let us in. Realized they were closed (because we went to their Facebook and Instagram pages and they posted the my would be closed the day of our reservation) and we weren’t told anything. Possibly decided to close last minute, but we weren’t told. We even got a text message the day of our reservation asking us to confirm.. LOL. Good luck contacting them because they don’t seem to respond. Even before our reservation date.

Special shout out to Dean. Thanks for making our room request happen and for the delicious cocktails. We had such a great time!

This place has gone down hill. All of the cocktails are super exotic but honestly just seemed weird for the sake of being weird. I was disappointed because it was such a good spot a few years ago and it just ain't it now.
