Well, I eat Mission about once a week and sometimes twice a week. I absolutely love this place, even if I weren't vegan this would be one of my favorite burgers in town. Honestly, if I could I'd go to town like Squidward on a mountain of Mission Burgers.
We went excited. We left estactic. We preordered online to pick up fries and a jr smoked brisket burger. When we arrived there was still seating available inside or on their patio. While we waited we got a warm cookie to nosh on while we checked out their selection of local baked goods! We were able to share the burger even though it was the single and we couldn't believe the smoky flavor and amazing texture of the brisket. Often sauces are just added on top, but this truly...
