The best we've had in the Austin area, in an unassuming strip attached to an apartment complex on Parmer. Flavorful miso. Huge lunch bento boxes. Fresh, savory sashimi, included in several lunch options. Professional, quick service. Fair prices.
This meal was one of the best meals of my life. I have reviewed hundreds of meals of different places and this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had and the best Japanese food I’ve ever had.
I was going to make this a four star review on account of everything being excellent aside from our two orders of beef yakitori, which were overdone and flavorless. But then something happened that really ought to happen more: the server asked how everything was, we explained it was all really good with one exception, and they voided the charge for one of the beef orders.
