Terrible customer service

Food was excellent like usual! Staff wasn’t very friendly. Maybe they had a rough day? The gnats are ridiculous! Flying all over the food and in the seating areas.

Soooooo stingy with the toppings its insane. Also way too cold temperature wise, impossible to enjoy your food when you're freezing to death

I placed an online order in advance since I live quite far from the location. When I arrived—25 minutes after placing it—my order hadn’t even been started. I understand there may have been staffing challenges, as only two employees were present, but it was disappointing to see one of them not assisting with preparing orders. There were only two online orders, yet walk-in customers were served while I continued to wait. It ended up taking another 15–20 minutes to receive my food, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I've visited MOD Pizza multiple times, and it has always been a fantastic experience. I love their unlimited toppings option, where you can customize your pizza with a variety of fresh and flavorful ingredients. My go-to combination includes onions, bell peppers, green peppers, roasted garlic, Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, different types of cheese, and a selection of flavored oils. The variety of toppings they offer is impressive, and the taste is consistently delicious. If you're looking for a fully customizable and flavorful pizza experience, MOD Pizza is a must-try!

Great pizza.

But demad for TIP in self service resturant is totally unjustified.

May be people with overflowing pocket can do it but what about low income families.

While the pizza tasted the same as other MOD’s, there was no ice, the soda didn’t taste right. All the tables were dirty, the dirty dishes in the bucket were piled up. Flies were everywhere. We tried to sit outside but there were trash on the ground and more flies. The floor was sticky everywhere you stepped on. I went into the restroom to clean my hand that touched something sticky and the faucet knob was also sticky. It really ruined the dining experience.

Came to this mod pizza for the first time. Have been too others. First off dude didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Second is unlimited toppings. Quit being stingy. Barely put any bbq sauce on it. Had to ask for more cheese because he barely put any on. Learn to make a pizza. It's really not that hard. All I tasted was crust. Hardly any flavor.

Food is ok, service is mediocre , atmosphere is dark and depressing. Toilets are disgusting and will kill your experience. Will not come here again.

Pizzas are always on point, but my wife and I noticed an incredible amount of small knats flying and crawling all over the pre-made pizza crusts on the rack.

We watched as they just casually waived them off and proceeded to reach for the crusts and assume it was ok, lol!

I asked the worker if he noticed the knats, and he stated they already had visits from the health department and pest control, but to no avail could they control the infestation. It wasn't like this when they first opened! We were going to dine in, but....

The option to customize your pizza while you can see the person build it is a concept I like. The pizzas tastes great and the option to get a dipping sauce with various options is great too. I loved the pizzas every time I have it here.

They skimp on the toppings. No bueno.

This is the second time I have come to this location and the staff doesn’t even recognize that there are customers. Not once were we greeted. I came with my 4 girls, this time, and there was only one girl making pizza, one guy doing the oven, one guy in the back, and another guy sitting at the table. The lack of customer service is why I will never go here again.

The staff tonight and well, every night is wonderful. They were truly kind. P.s. How do we go about bringing back ricotta as a topping option. ?

Absolutely the worst meal of my life. I have made better Boboli pizzas myself. The person at the front tried to cook my Caesar salad!!!

Save yourself and if you want pizza go to Spartan - it’s so absurdly better and not far from here.
