We live nearby and used to have MOD delivered a couple of times a month. The past few months there has been a real decline in quality and accuracy. The last three orders have had mistakes and missing side items. Just ordered tonight and my crust is not fully cooked even though it is thin crust. Gross.

Come on guys. Cool the pizza. That doesn’t mean just melt the cheese. The crust is gooey on the bottom and this is reoccurring. I ask for extra crispy and it’s still just barely cooked. : /

I usually love Mods pizza but this location just isn’t it. Rude employees and tend to over season. Today was no different. Couldn’t eat more than half the pizza as it was covered in seasoning. Didn’t even get all my toppings correct. Never had this issue at my normal location up north.

mod pizza is my go-to spot and one of my favorite pizza joint. Recently, I was quite annoyed with one of the staff members for the service but honestly Rhett made the situation amicable and friendly. He was kind to us and a great customer service representative. I would keep visiting again for their customer service.

Three stars because the music is way too quiet and muffled to identify with any app. Either turn it up or nix it completely. I haven't even placed an order yet but I'm gonna put my headphones back on before I do.EDIT- Increased star rating for turning the music up for me after I very vocally expressed my disappointment in the volume and sound quality. While ordering I told them I didn't want to take my headphones off to order because the music was so quiet, and the guy making my pizza did his best to work around that. Great Caspian pizza.
