Super friendly staff and the delicious pizza is delicious! It is also located right by the South Park Meadows Playground.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and has the playground right next to it, which makes it great for kids.

This location is extremely dirty. The counters , windows , tables chairs and especially bathrooms. The staff was not engaging at all very cold attitude. Never smiled . Only time they smiled is when they would get on their phones to show another team member their phone. One of the ladies working was scratching her face with no gloves on then coughed and put gloves on afterwards touching the outside of her gloves. The owner of this location needs to become aware of all of this . There should be a no cell phone policy .

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I’m honestly not sure how they have the reviews that they do (notice almost all are over 1+ year old). THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND UNSANITARY! Old food on the line, dust on counters, food on floor, dirty exposed drains, sticky tables, etc. The employees have an attitude and act as if it is a problem that someone is ordering food and I’m not the first one that has said this (check other reviews!). I came in around noon on a weekday and barely anyone was in there (which is usually a clear indication that it’s bad) and after seeing how dirty and unsanitary it was I refused to eat there and walked right back out. I would strongly recommend to AVOID THIS PLACE unless you like eating in an unsanitary restaurant with rude employees.

This location has one of the dirtiest lines I have ever seen: old cheese scattered everywhere, sauce all over the place. Nothing in the place is clean, there’s fingerprints all over every glass surface, the floors are nasty and sticky, and the staff was not welcoming at all. No one said hello or goodbye, it was almost like it was an inconvenience me being there. Really sad because I’ve always loved Mod! Not to mention a mini pizza and two drinks is $17

Parking: Parking is not perfect But if we go around the island and and can usually find parking
Kid-friendliness: Great, there is a great playground outside , safe and you can see the kids playing from the windows.

This location has seriously gone downhill. There are these two guys, both on the bigger side, who will trash talk and mock customers behind their backs while behind the counter. One of them mentioned to his friend that he was off the clock, but was hanging around the counter talking with the other guy. They’re both very rude and the food at this location is nothing special. If you can go to another location, that would be the better option.

Tried the chicken bacon ranch pizza. It was really mediocre. There's better pizza in the frozen section at the grocery store. Service was fine. Have you people giving rave reviews ever had good pizza before? I think not..
