I visit this place often to grab my favorite vegetarian pizza and usually have a good experience. However, today was disappointing.
When I arrived, I noticed the tomato sauce being used had meat pieces fallen into it. I pointed this out, but the response I received was just “oh sorry,” without actually addressing the issue.
As a vegetarian, food handling and avoiding cross-contamination are very important to me. I expect pizzas to be prepared cleanly and according to customer preferences.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so better care is taken in the future, as I genuinely enjoy the food here.

The restaurant was dirty and it was 12pm they had just opened. The pizza was burnt. We frequent the MOD franchise in multiple states this one is not one of the better ones

I guess it’s cool that you can choose however many toppings you want but prices have slowly climbed to where the pizza no longer a very good deal.
We ordered one of the $6 side salads that came with the pizza and instead got one of the garden salads which was $10 and tiny and they were out of half the ingredients but we were charged anyway even though I did bring it up. So I just paid ten bucks for a bowl of lettuce. Crazy.

Friend's kid flew to USA for the mod pizza. That's how much she loves it. Anyway, service was fast and good. Food was up to standard. The kids had coloring pages to entertain themselves

I ordered mad dog pizza thinking it would look like the advertised meat pizza (had it in past) but it ended up being pepperoni with tiny sparse sprinkles of meat - looks nothing like advertised mad dog. I called and was told they have premeasured topping for it. So disappointed. We rarely treat ourselves, $ is tight, so was very disappointed. At end of call the staff said if I want to drive back then he ‘d remake but we are half hour away. Feel cheated.

You guys suck!!! Placed an online order and showed up to get it. Saw 2 pizzas on the counter. Asked employee about my order and he said they were working on it very dismissively. Guess what? My pizzas were the two on the counter. I waited for 15 minutes for no reason for food that was already ready. Not even an apology from your employee for wasting my time and letting my food get cold. This is precisely why nobody comes to your restaurants anymore! Fire the male employee you had on staff at 9:20 pm November 2nd.
We stopped by to put something on our stomach before grocery shopping 😋 we both got a mini pizza and they were delicious cooked to perfection and very tasty. I had sisrach drizzle I think put on mines and it was even tastier 🤤 the customer service was great he was very kind and polite and very patient with me as I haven't been in a while. Which was very nice of him. We appreciate everything you all do for us.

I ordered online this was my first time to try MOD pizza not impressed very bad impression. There is only cheese on 2 pieces not only that but there is only 7 pepperonis I paid 20 for this order probably will not be back
