Went here with my family and I wish I could say it was better than it is. We went up to order and they seemed completely unprepared. I have no idea if this was the aftermath of a rush and I don't know the circumstances so I don't blame them for that at all. I've been there so I completely get it. Went up to order and got myself a ceasar salad and what their menu says is the smallest pizza. My bowl was filled not even half way for 8 dollars. It seemed like a new salad since the team member didn't know the ingredients, but the proportions were not worth even $1.50. We asked for them to fill up the bowl a bit more. They remade the salad and threw the initial one away... my pizza also was not the smalled size as I came to find out. Corporate needs to put all of their sizes on the menu. Now the portioning and prices also come from corporate, but like this employee is making around 11.75 an hour with 3 in hourly tips (their we are hiring page)... that's completely unreasonable. The reason your store is understaffed is because you aren't even paying HALF of a liveable wage. Corporate... raise the salary. The workers were working at their pay grade which is completely reasonable. If you are charging 8 bucks for a handful of lettuce, you can afford to pay your employees.

Great pizza. You make your own and all the toppings you want for $11ish dollars! Plus freshly made in front of your eyes. They also have some beers and wine plus indoor/ outdoor seating. Hard working friendly staff as well. While you can order online it nice to have them customize your pizza. I got anchovies and blue chesse on the side.Vegetarian options: Salads and you can customize almost anythingDietary restrictions: Cauliflower and gluten free crusts. Ordered / Waited inside for 40 minutes before I finally asked where our pizzas where to be told they have no idea and they had been lost. No apologies were given just a refund with a side of attitude

The pizza is not half bad and the workers are all very nice. However they must be struggling to stay in business as they over charged me (double) upon discovery of this I was told will refund no problem. That was two weeks ago and no refund or even a response from the GM or Corporate office despite four phone calls and four emails. Don't trust them with your debit card because if they mess up they make excuses but never refund money that is owed to you. I'd recommend Blaze pizza

I wasn't able to try the food. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and the first delivery was dropped off somewhere else. Then the extremely rude person who answered the phone refused to tell me when a manager would be available. The reorder was cancelled by the delivery driver. When I called to inquire the same rude worker (she said her name was Margo) didn't even offer an apology for the fact that we had been now waiting 2 hours and received no pizza. We were issued a refund so they made 4 pizzas and got paid for not a single one of those and didn't seem to be the least bit concerned. I gave detailed instructions for finding our office and the driver for Marco's Pizza had ZERO trouble finding us. Despite being less than a mile from my work, I would never try this place again.
I get the same pizza the same toppings and everything every single time I go to mod pizza and every single it’s this store but lately my pizza look awful and after what happened last night I don’t know how I feel about coming back here so This girl that closed on September, 26 was super rude for no reason I don’t understand how you gone give people attitude when it was your fault in the first place she did not make the pizza right it looked like a toddler built it and then there was the giant size of mushroom that did not cook through and crust looked like it was a pita bread ? there was so much oregano in one slice and none on the other slices when i went and asked her if she could cook the pizza longer she said “No they can’t put the pizza back in the oven, which is understandable so asked for a refund or a remake she then angrily took the pizza out of my hand and threw it in the trash and said “ next time leave a note that u want it to be over cooked” then aggressively started building up another pizza which was so funny to watch but the second pizza wasn’t so much better either. She also did not speak politely to the other customers that came after so I guess that’s just who she is anyways I understand that u wanna close on time but start closing up an hour early then being rude to customers ain’t it and she didn’t miss up the order just once but twice

No ham, no basil, no carbonated drinks.The kicker, though, was that they were so slow building the pizzas that our first order got through the pizza oven before our last pizza was built. Obviously, I was still in line and hadn't paid, yet, so they refused give my daughter her pizza.Look, if you have an issue with customers getting their pizzas and not paying, maybe don't put the pizza in the oven before payment. Also, maybe batch all of the pizzas in an order so they all come out at relatively the same time.Treating all of your customers like potential thieves, and saying it to their face that you think they're a potential thief, seems like a bad business decision. People don't go out to eat to be angry.
