WOW. I discovered Mom's on Doordash while trying to figure out my hangover meal. The ratings and pictures pulled me in - no disappointment here. Absolutely get the salt and pepper shrimp/fish. The portion is huge and delicious, same for the pad thai. At these prices, I'll definitely be coming back!
This food was so delicious and price was reasonable. Great customer service as well 💖
Everything I’ve ordered from here has been so delicious!! The salt and pepper shrimp and fish is my absolute favorite. I think it’s the best salt and pepper fish in Austin. You won’t be disappointed by anything on the menu!
The owner is very nice and the food is unique and delicious! The shaken beef was especially good!
LOVE!! Delicious gem :) will be coming back! Catfish and shrimp was 10/10
Grubhub messed my order up then canceled, but Mom's was kind enough to hold the food so I could pick it up and holy Molly, her cooking is 🔥 🔥 🔥 amazing taste, uniquely Burmese seasoned, and just spicy enough to set itself apart from gentrified weakly spices places making fake Asian food. Mom's is LEGIT. The Khay, Malar and chicken 65 were amazing!!! Highly recommend the Malar if you like spicy yakasoba
INCREDIBLE food. I got the shan noodle soup and pad thai. So flavorful and a healthy amount of spice! Both came with a side of peanuts which was so lovely. They are such lovely, kind people and there's a great little eating area nearby with a nice atmosphere. You can tell this was made with so much love.
A little food truck in a parking lot that absolutely nails the dishes they make. I've had the Malar and the Salt and Pepper Fish/Shrimp. both dishes were great, but I can't wait to go back for the salt and pepper fish though. Very crispy crunchy batter not over seasoned but perfectly salty with a few other spices served over rice.
The food was tasty and the service friendly, but the portion size was small for the price, and greasy.
Absolutely delicious! The fish and shrimp were perfectly crispy, and the dish overall was spicy and aromatic. I’ll probably be back today for the special!

Really good and on the way home from work!
My first time trying this food, ordered via grubhub. Had malar, a nice combination of glass and maybe ramen noodles with chicken and shrimp, the best part was that it had a spicy kick, it cleared my sinus within a few minutes 😂 would definitely try it again
I had to stop eating & post how good the food is here!
Got the noodle soup, mala and green tea salad. Everything is super fresh and delicious, not to mention spicy! Highly highly recommend. Also not expensive at all! Mala dish is better than some Sichuan restaurants in Austin
Great food and value for the money
