It may look simple, but it's perfectly baked, the flavors are well-balanced, the crust is outstanding -- and you'll snarf it all down much faster than you'll imagine you will!Rikin and his friends were all the nicest hosts as well. They'll come around to say hi and welcome you to their backyard. You will truly feel at home with good people and pizza surrounding you.

Best vegetarian-raised bison pizza I’ve ever eaten. Not sure if the bisons ate vegetables, or the farmers did. But the free pizza was well worth the cost.

Events like these are what led me to falling in love with Austin 12 years ago and are sorely missing now. I'm so happy to find one again! It really is "free pizza in some guy's backyard." But. Listen. The PIZZA. It's phenomenal. I would pay lots of bucks for this pizza. They will ask you if you want garlic butter but really it's not optional.The yard? Lovely and charming and so welcoming. The folks? They're who you WANT to make small talk with while you wait. I enjoyed myself immensely and look forward to the next one!

Moonlit Pizza represents the best of Austin --- good people, chill vibes, and amazing food. The Neapolitan pizza was delicious, fresh out of the oven and clearly made with high quality ingredients. The finishing touch of balsamic was so delicious I didn't even want to dip it in the fresh butter they provide on the side. Plus, proceeds go to a fantastic cause! I am definitely looking forward to going back. I know it will be an experience to remember each time!

Really cute and lively atmosphere, with the cutest dog. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza really took me by surprise. The steak was supple, perfect bite, and an overall great cut; they didn’t skimp on the cheese. Honestly the best cheesesteak pizza in the US, and rivals the ones in Naples.
