I tried the burritos, quesadilla and Mr Chingo tacos… I recommend getting the beef fajita Mr. Chingo taco or chicken which is 10/10… it gets boring quick though. The beef fajita quesadilla is my to go… the al pastor burrito is also a must try… the beef fajita, al pastor, chicken here is perfect, 0 complaints. I love eating here! I suggest you call in your order.

We live nearby, so this our family’s preferred “breakfast spot”, and pretty much every experience is a 4.5+ Today ..sadly giving the food quality only 2 stars, primarily in hopes that the staff at Mr. Chingon sees this Hoping its just a blip… our go-to is the breakfast burrito, but today was very underwhelming : beans tasted straight from a can, and both ends of the burrito were 2” of all tortilla We will be back cuz we love Mr. Chingon, but today was a serious let down .. hoping it was just a blip !

It is really hard to stand out with a breakfast taco, everyone can make one, and what is there to it? Well these guys manage to blow my socks off with the lightness of the egg and the ingredients. They're a little precious with their pricing, but the food is worth a stop in. I can only comment on the breakfast tacos, but rest assured I'll pipe in after testing their al pastor....😁

It was a nice day to sit and eat breakfast outside where a food truck area was located. I like cheese on my breakfast tacos, but I prefer for my cheese to be melted or my food to be hot enough to melt the cheese. I wasn't a fan of cold cheese place on top of warm food. I also like my food to be piping hot when I receive it. I wouldn't order breakfast tacos with cheese again. The best plate was the quesobirria tacos. They were pretty good, but not very hot even though it looks like they are literally cooking the food to order?! We also ordered a beef bowl. I ordered the sides, such as lettuce, crema, etc. But didn't get them. The bowl was okay. When your food is ready, you have to get back in line with the other people who are ordering food. I would suggest for them to have a widow for pick up so we wouldn't have to stand in line again. Overall, there are better food trucks and I wouldn't come back to this one.

Ran out of food. Web sight still taking orders but ran out of food. Had to call someone in to issue credits. Waited over 30 minutes for 1 item they did have . We just left without food. Very frustrating experience
