Moved to Austin recently and was looking for an authentic Jamaican spot. After finding this place, I don't think I will have to look any further! The bone-in jerk chicken with the rice & beans was packed with flavor and made with love. The plantains are the best i've ever tried, and the beef patty was amazing also. This place will leave you feeling satisfied and happy!

Went to Buzzmill for drinks with friends and stared at the Mac and cheese at Pimento. Got it and it was amazing. Very flavorful. I’m a Mac and cheese snob and I was so happy inhale this Mac n cheese. Also, the guys working here are so funny and great energy!!

Mr. Pimento, to yours truly. These plantains have given me an out of body experience. On a Thursday, with clear skies, I felt a hunger and it was the only thing that could satiate it. I approach the food truck, nervous but determined. Romantra said “hey.” I asked if by chance there could possibly be plantains left. He said indeed. So I ordered plantains. And with them, I waited a mere 5 minutes before receiving the meal of a life time. The delectable, fried plantains, rocked my socks. I had never had plantains like this. I will forever go here for my plantain needs. God bless this establishment, and god bless Texas. Amen.
The mac & cheese is INSANNNNNE!!! Also service is top tier. One of the top food trucks I have ever been to in Austin. It was so whenever plow burger left, I thought I’d never eat at Buzz Mill again. That’ll change tonight when I have the mac & cheese from Mr. pimento. Thank Mr. Pimento. I love u.
