I wish I can give negative stars for this.Worst food I ate ever in life.When we entered, waiter suggested us that they have very limited items, we said we are ok with it.They served food in Disposable paper plates, with soup spoons.After 1 hour Of ordering, we got food.We ordered ghee podi idly, they gave idly which is sooo sour without podi, sambar or chutney.I ordered corn soup and they gave worst veg clear soup.Don’t ever consider going there.

Worst worst worsttttttttt experience!!!They literally gave paper plates for us and to eat.They gave podi idly which is cold and smells like rotten!!They took 1 hour to give 4-5 dishes and which is not worth the wait!!Most of the items are cold and kinda spoiled!!

What a horrible experience - possibly one of the worst ever experience in a restaurant. The Dosa was not fresh, Idly not cooked properly, the vada tasted like fish - yes fish! Probably old oil. The coffee was horrible served in Styrofoam cups. No one should waste their money here. I am surprised how this business is even being allowed to be open.DON'T GO!

We were the first to get in today. The order was taken immediately for 2 VBM , Tandoori Momos , cholae Battura & a starter. We then saw close to 4 other families enter. Waiting starts After 20 mins we had a Warm Cholae Battura delivered. Meanwhile we were also served cheese Dosai which we had to redirect to the correct table.After 30 mins we get North Indian thali which we never ordered and we redirected to the another table.After 35 mins we see another dish served to our near by table who were yet to order anything.I asked them what's going and the reply I get was I am new we will get it now.After 45 mins both VB Thalis came. Food was tasteless, salty and it did not have Chapati as advertised.After 65 mins the one who took our original order showed up and we told we did not get tandoori momos.He is like oh really..After 75 mins we canceled the momo order , paid the bill and came back.Never ever going to this place again.
Good place for vegetarian food. They have good interiors and lighting. Seating is spacious but they are possibly low-staffed.Quality of food on the day we visited the place was good. We had “Chennai Meals” (photo in this review) which was really good. Asked for additional “rasam” because it was really really good. Quantity was also good!Depending upon the time though you may not get everything on the menu. We reached there at around 2:30 PM(they close at 3:00 PM) and we’re told just the Chennai Meals was available but later on got to know Dosa was also there which was not communicated to us when asked them initially which did not feel right.Chef Arvind came over to our table and spoke for sometime, friendly person and a really good chef!

Made the mistake of coming here with our family of 9. None of the menu items we wanted were available and the ones we ordered never came to the table after waiting for 45 min. The place has some serious issues. The dishes had too much salt. We didn't even get enough water cups for the table. Horrible customer service. Will never go here again.

Food is ok. It used to be bad, it is definitely getting better. So I am giving it a 4 star for the effort.I have other things I did not like about this restaurant.1. Service - Bad, Really bad. There was only one waitress and she doesn't seem to know the menu at all. It's not that crowded, yet the service wasn't good. If these things don't change, I am sure this will run out of business real quick. She told us Pongal only comes with papad, not sambhar and chutney. I had to argue there for 5 mins to bring sambhar for pongal. There are other stories that happened, I am intending to keep this rant short.2. Menu Availability - 80% of the menu item is not available. Then for God sake please change the menu to match what you are serving. This happened on a peak lunch time during a weekend. They do not have coffee. She asked if we will be ok with her microwaving bru instant coffee. Maybe they are understaffed or it is a cost cutting measure to keep the business running.3.Ambience - It's a big restaurant, it looks super empty even during a peak hour. It was a little odd. Not sure what it is.We ordered mostly south Indian items, it was good.

Again, food was awesome and service was excellent, it was peak hours but the staff was working non stop to serve every customers with a smile in their face and the manager mr Kiranbabu was patiently handling each and every customers.. well done to the entire team and keep up the good services..

When we went at 1 pm. No sight of people. Chef comes out and says food will not be ready for another half hr. Even if we waited it would only be Thali. So disappointed.
