Good not great Its basically grilled chicken with sauces that vary in spice levels. The Sweet Potatoes with feta,honey,and sunflower seeds was surprisingly good but the mashed potatoes, corn, and Brussels sprouts were subpar. If I had to eat there again, I would but I wouldn't seek it out. Honestly, it was too expensive for food you could make at home

I was really looking forward to visiting the new Nando’s in Austin. I’ve eaten at Nando’s locations around the world and have always appreciated the consistent quality and balanced seasoning. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.
The chips I received were extremely over-seasoned to the point where they were nearly inedible. It wasn’t just a heavy hand, it felt deliberate or careless. This level of salt and spice isn’t just unpleasant, it could be unsafe for some customers. It was surprising because Nando’s generally maintains high standards, which is why this stood out so much.
I actually came in because I was given a promotional coupon by one of their marketing team at their food truck and was excited to support the new Austin location. It’s disappointing to see the in-restaurant execution not match the brand’s usual quality. A great brand can be damaged quickly when employees don’t take care in preparing the food.
I hope management can provide better training and reinforce quality control. Austin deserves the same Nando’s experience that’s known and loved worldwide.

I recently visited Nandos! And the food was great!! Pretty decor and atmosphere! However as I was walking to grab a high chair for my son I slipped and fell hurting my tailbone and lower back. The wet floor sign was located way in the front by the door ON THE CARPET, while the entire front lobby was wet! Even when another customer (not employee) had to help me up we were both still slipping trying to catch a grip. I said I was okay but was still pretty hurt. The manager on site did nothing to help me feel a little better! Literally nothing at all. He just disappeared to the back! And the rest of the employees acted like nothing either. I would have loved some comfort or hospitality that went out of their way.

We discovered this place by walking by at Mueller. What a gem!! The Peri Peri chicken was delicious and I love all the different sauces that you can put on it, as well as ordering your preferred spice level. We got the french fries, which were really tasty, the coleslaw, which was had a good tan flavor and the skin on mashed potatoes. All were excellent. The food guy here really fast and everyone was really friendly and helpful. You scan a code and order at your table or you can order at the cash register. We sat outside on a beautiful sunny fall day. It was perfect.
Erik and the rest of the team were fantastic. This was our first time here. Not only is the sevice excellent, but the food is amazing! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
