Food is.. decent, service not so much. Experience: Visited for a date night on a slow day, with only a couple other people eating indoors. We were told to seat ourselves wherever. Our servers (likely young UT students) dropped off our plates and a single set of silverware off at the table for us to arrange for ourselves. Over the course of the night, despite few other guests, we consistently had to flag down staff to order/request more silverware, and pay for the meal. The naan was quite good, the coconut curry could defintiely have used more seasoning. Tikka fries were a hit. When paying, I wanted to pay with both cash/card and my server shrugged and said he’d rather not use both as “he’d have to go to the back and do it in the system”. All in all my partner and I left surprised that this place has continued to occupy such a good location when the service is anything but. Perhaps we came on a bad night..unfortunately I’ll be going to Saffron or Tarka and would recommend you do the same.

What a great little gem just east of downtown Austin. I have never had chicken tandoori tacos and I am glad I tried these ones. Great place to trying something a little different in a good way. 👍 Service was exceptional as well.

Nice place. Dishes were good but kind of bland for Desi pallete. Very mild. Nothing bad just below expectation.

Otherwise good service and drinks.

The food is tasty and unique. The staff is so friendly. It pretty much checks all of my boxes, but the music could use some variety. Top 40 pop is usually playing. The general vibe is chill, but Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift coming through the speakers really takes me out of it.

Very cozy spot and the food was a different spin in a good way. I like Tex Mex and I like Indian and this place blends them well

Worst Naan, and chicken masala I’ve ever had, it was so blend that I was better off eating cardboard box.

I’m not an Indian food connoisseur but I thought my food was amazing. So much so, that I looked forward to eating my leftovers the next day. I moved to Austin about two months ago and this is one of my best meals.

I had the Tikka Changa, Garlic Naan, and the Summer Lemonade (Vodka). It was great!

I don’t ever leave a negative review but this has to be some of the worst Indian food I’ve had in Austin.
