There were 3 people working, 2 women and a man, idk what was going on but they were yelling at some kids that seemed to be there’s in the store. Tried to grab a cold sandwich but it has mold on it so I

Best bodega on the east side! Wonderful selection of snacks, beverages, and even a Mediterranean deli in the back. Love all the staff and I go here all the time. I drive past 7-11 to stop here because it’s so much better. I like the wine selection, kombuchas and local juices, plus healthier snacks that I can’t find at a regular corner store

The people running it were extremely rude and cold for no reason, and I left feeling super confused about the experience? Not to mention they had multiple kids there, which would not be a big deal (single mom) but they were running around and distracting/agitating the cashier lady that told the other lady she wanted to

What more could you ask for in a bodega? Breakfast tacos, Mediterranean food with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, a sprawling and well curated beer selection, a lot of semi-exotic and fun snacks like mushroom jerky, frozen pizza, energy drinks, decent ass coffee, and a nice selection of quality household essentials (milk: dairy, soy and oat, free range eggs, high end dog treats, and all the other bullshit you might need to finish putting together a breakfast you're too lazy or hungover to go to HEB for).I'm so fucking happy this place exists in my neighborhood and don't overcharge the way other places do. I'm pretty sure I've damn near spent $20,000 since they've been open.

Native Grocery is a bodega style hidden gem on the east side! Super clean and organized with a great selection of specialty health food items. I ordered the Chicken bowl with Jalapeño Ranch and my friend got the gyro. We also got dolmas to share which were fresh and delicious. Food is flavorful, affordable, with great portion sizes. There is an outdoor seating area as well. Love this place and will be back.

Loved the brisket and carnitas tacos. A fun lunch after shopping for cactus next door, eaten at the quiet shaded tables between the two properties.

This place is convenient and has some good drinks. I would not get the prepared food though or anything from their deli case. Twice in the last year the food I’ve gotten from there had mold on it. Do better at managing your inventory. Fresh order food is good though, but I can’t vouch for the freshness
A hidden gem. This place has great selection, all kinds of wacky delicious snacks, and an amazing craft beer section!

Truly the best little bodega around the Eastside. Live down the street and genuinely has saved our a** more than a few times. They have quite the selection of beer and wine and whenever we need a random ingredient for cooking they always have it for us!!!! Love the staff, so kind protect this place at all

I have lived around the corner from Native for the last year or so. It has become one of my favorite spots to go to for daily groceries, quick snacks, and cold drinks. I genuinely have a great experience every time I’ve gone there, until today.I wasn’t even in there 2 minutes, asking 2 questions, and the blonde big lady behind the counter seemed like she not only hated me but hated the job. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. And trust me, I was very happy to tell her that she seemed over the moon to be alive today. Definitely don’t need people like this in any service industry job. Aside from her, I have had a wonderful encounter with each cashier until this!

I just moved to this neighborhood and was so happy to find this in walking distance. They have an auto espresso machine that makes lattes, full kitchen with Mediterranean and breakfast menu, Alec’s ice cream, and a great little grocery option. For $8-$12 you can get a great little dinner/lunch. As far as neighborhood shops go I couldn’t have done better… I love this place. It’s a little bit of a bummer that my dog has to wait outside for me, but I totally get it.. I don’t want dog hair in my beef schewarma.
