Love the taste of the coffee but as for the serving sizes... not so much. I just payed $7 + tip for three sips of coffee. If ordering iced lattes, make sure to request light ice.

I got an iced latte with an extra shot and it was delicious, also the barista had fun orange hair and was so nice!

This is such a little gem. The coffee was fantastic. I got a drink called a Pisces latte that was divine! Blueberry and brown sugar cinnamon! Never thought of that combo. The staff were super personable and good to chat with, and the black moon pie was delicious, if a bit too sweet for me.Also the outdoors and plant life all around was very relaxing, even off of a somewhat busy street.

Within walking distance from my place so I had to try. They had a piscis special that was surprisingly really good, so I had to come back for more. I also tried their rosemary chocolate chip cookie which was fantastic. They have lots of options to customize your drink. Check it out.

So close to being first to review. Missed it by 2 days, and I guess there's no badge being second to review on Yelp :P Anyway, this place is great! Super friendly staff. I was greeted when walking up, which is a small thing but really makes a difference in a food truck environment when you're walking up to the window from outside. They have tons of unique flavors and creative flavors combinations. You don't usually see ube and lavender offered at your typical coffee shop, let alone a coffee trailer. Check out their Instagram, too. They have more options than what is currently listed from their onsite menu. Parking is in a surface lot just in front of the trailer park. It's not super obvious from the road, but if it's your first time, you are parking between between The Water Tank bar and Taqueria Jessica, just past the light at San Felipe if you are coming east on McNeil. There are some nice tables to enjoy your coffee next to a Plant Nursery. I've heard really good things about the other two trucks in this park, Dang Hot 89 (fried chicken) and Chaba Kitchen (Thai), so I wouldn't be surprised to start seeing more traffic in this area. The zucchini bread from Zucchini Kill bakery (pictured) had that gummy dense layer at the bottom, which is usually caused by too much moisture or over mixing. It's a small thing and I wouldn't hold it against the coffee truck since they are just selling what Zucchini Kill gives them, but that's something you see with rookie home bakers. Come on, Zucchini Kill!

I've been wanting to check out this truck for a while since I don't live too far from the food trucks in this area. I decided I would make it a destination for one of the walks I had to do with my foster puppy in the morning. What should have been a 30 minute walk one way ended up being 50 (dogs will be dogs lol). The staff were nice and I was excited to see so many unique coffee options. I ended up going with the Milky Way since it was a mix of white chocolate and caramel. Looking forward to trying their other flavors, especially Space Time which is an ube latte!

Best spot for Coffee in Austin hands down. The staff are friendly and the owners obviously have a passion for what they do. They also source their coffee and gluten free/vegan treats from local businesses which are deliciousssss. My husband and I tried the smore’s latte when we went which was absolutely incredibly insANE! If you want quality service, quality ingredients, AND vegan options- at a very fair price, come to this local shop! Love that they always have seasonal options(along with the classics) for me to try, as someone who likes to try new things.

Bittersweet Galaxy Coffee: queer-owned, coffee focus, space-themed, and located in North Austin. It's concise and informative.

Ever since they changed from Neptune to Bittersweet the coffee has got weaker and weaker each time we have gone. Today, I am questioning if there is actually any coffee in my latte, it tastes like warm milk. The service has improved and the speed you get your drink which we appreciate. We loved Neptune and it’s a weekend tradition for us to get coffee and tacos but I think we will need to find a new spot for coffee if it doesn’t improve.
