The food used to be really good and consistent. My favorite part of their breakfast sandwiches was the potatoes. The last two orders, the potatoes have been almost raw. Crunchy. There were also bits of egg on my sandwich, even though I asked for no egg. Good thing I’m not allergic! They also were out of most bagel flavors when we went yesterday morning.

We went to try Nervous Charlie's for the SECOND time, both times arriving about 25-30 mins before they closing....just by chance. The first time, they were locked up and gone. This time the staff was locking up and planning to leave and we were turned away. I can promise you, this business won't make it if this is how they operate. The customer doesn't matter and posted hours mean nothing. Not sure the 3rd strike will ever happen for us.

First time here in a while - the bagels are still really tasty but they now seem to be cutting back on the actual toppings. Charging $12 for a bagel and barely putting half a portion of salmon in is not cool. If this is the new normal the price and wait isn't worth it. (Both bagels in our order were like this)

Used to love this place and tell people to cone here but I got served an alexa bagel with a hair in it. Ugh.
Stopped by while I was out running errands to pick up a half dozen bagels only. After waiting 10 minutes behind the people in front of me to figure out the kiosk, it took the kitchen 10 more minutes to put my bagels in a bag. I see now pre-ordering is the play because they have high demand on weekends but I saw at least 5 employees chatting/not prepping orders and people who ordered toasted bagels with cream cheese after me got theirs before the staff realized they needed to bag mine. To top it off, the bagels are nothing special, don’t have the good malty flavor or chewy texture you want in a bagel - tasted like regular bread with seeds on it. I’ll skip the nuisance of preordering and long wait times to find a good bagel elsewhere

Very tight quarters, hence, loud and no place to sit but good people working there and I say the bagels are average. I ordered the classic and the French toast. Need to increase the crisp of the bagels by just a bit.Parking: Tight parking and less of it for the types of business in this shopping center.Wheelchair accessibility: Well there is no striping on the sidewalks where my husband tripped and fell.

I had a disappointing and confusing experience here. After an 90 minute wait, they told us that our food still wasn’t ready (How? Genuine question) yet when we got our sandwiches they were both cold and made incorrectly. I just didn’t think the quality was worth the wait at all and did not live up to my expectations.

I loved loved loved the Tree Hugger bagel. I fell in serious love. I typically dont like bagels in Austin but this was beyond fabulous. The filling was so fresh, so green, so yummy, so not dry. It was perfect.
