Great product but rude and unhelpful staff. I was ignored for several minutes while standing at the register to ask a question, and then was treated like it was ridiculous to ask a question. Just buy online and stay away from the store
I’ve come here twice to get pods but every time it takes forever to check out
I’ve been ordering my pods and accessories online for over a year, and finally went to this location on a whim when I had an unexpected short break in my day to restock and check it out. The staff were all very courteous, and the young woman who helped me with my order (I thoughtlessly forgot to get her name) was super friendly and helpful! There was no wait (it was middle of day and only a handful of customers) and they had my order ready to go within, like, seconds. It was nice to be able to sample flavors I wouldn’t normally order online without trying, I’m not usually a fan of flavored coffees but I really liked the pistachio vanilla!
The experience felt very upscale, efficient, and friendly. Love the options for recycling the pods, too!

I love Nespresso but every time I go the staff seems to not take me serious and prioritizes other guest who are just in there for a free coffee. I have to go out of my way to get their attention to be able to buy the pods. Thankfully Amazon has the pods and you can avoid the rude staff.

Drina is the best! I came to Nespresso to get an original machine. There was a line to get in but it moved so quickly! Drina had immense product knowledge and took the time to walk me through all the machines and different milk/cup/pod options. She helped me pick out the perfect machine for me and order pods. I felt like I had a truly personalized experience and can’t wait to come back and see Drina soon!

During our first visit a few months ago, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, on our most recent visit, the service was disappointing. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and did not help my mother when she needed assistance. The way they spoke to her came across as condescending. We will not be returning and will order online instead.

While I love the Nespresso pods and machines, I consistently have a negative experience with the customer experience at the store. When you enter the store, you are not allowed to see the menu of pod options until one of the staff members is ready to see you. Despite the fact that menus are scattered on every table, staff members will tell you not to stand there and push you aside. When I’ve asked for a menu, I am told to wait until I am being served. There is no way for the customer to prepare for what they want to buy before then. Once a staff member sees you, they do not assist you in the purchasing process. They stare at you with a blank stare waiting for you to announce the pods you want. I am not allowed to look at the menus beforehand and once I’m being helped, I am rushed through the decision process. Even when I have asked for personal recommendations or those based on my past purchases or flavor profile, they do not know (1) how to recommend products or (2) engage with you in the shopping process. Even then, only 2 Verturo flavors are available to taste (and 0 original machines or pods), so I am buying products purely based on three word descriptions and no assistance from the staff. The system of these stores dismisses the needs of the customer. Nespresso brands themselves and this store as a “luxury” experience, yet time and time again the staff are poorly trained on their products.

bad experience twice in a row. two weeks ago we were denied entry for having our dog with us, fair enough! until someone else walked out with a pet (non-service dog). today, we were turned away because they were “at capacity”, although there were far fewer patrons than usual. for a store that doesn’t offer in-store pick (one of the few nespresso stores that doesn’t), i would expect more consistent in-store service.

We just bought a new espresso machine and thought we could come right in to ask a few questions. When asked what we were there for upon entering, we said “just looking”. The approach by the sales associate put me off in that instant, she was not friendly at all. We continued to look around and a sales associate in the back seemed annoyed we asked a simple question about how the process went as far as getting a question answered!! But I still went back to the front to get put on the waiting list but the initial sales associate looked at me up and down ignored me. I cannot believe I received this kind of service, I innocently stumbled upon this store and had an honest question about my new machine. lol never again, I’ll just resort to google for questions and how to use my machine correctly.

We really enjoyed our experience. There was about a 15 minute wait, but we took advantage of a nice cup of coffee. Drina helped us select the machine that best fit our needs. She was so pleasant to work with and that makes all the difference!

Excellent experience at Nespresso!
The hospitality was outstanding, and the store had a great variety of different and unique coffee options to choose from. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and very well organized, which made the whole experience enjoyable.
A special thank you to Teavis, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our preferences and helped us choose the right coffee. What really stood out was that he kindly let us taste several coffees before making a purchase, which made a huge difference and showed true customer care.
Overall, fantastic service, great coffee selection, and a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended!
