First time in the store and the team was super nice and respectful, specially Cade who patiently answered all my questions about the equipment’s functions and capabilities.

Why should customers trust you?
Everything about the front end of my experience was good. The location was clean and well put together, the staff were kind and knowledgeable (minus one key factor), and it was a good experience.
That's where the good experience came to a screeching halt.
For context, I have helped lead and develop support teams. The amount of friction to get anything done with this order was so incredibly frustrating.
I went home to find that machine I had purchased was one of the worst reviewed machines and those issues were not mentioned or addressed by the person helping me in the store. He was nice and I wasn't too upset there because he's a salesman - I get it. He sold me.
When I went to exchange my machine, I had to go through three different agents (some okay, some not), register each item of my order, and was told the refund would take 30 days after they received the order. How is this not automated? Why does it take 30 days when industry standard is 3-5 and 10 at max?
I also had a manager that said she would call me back to follow up and make sure everything was going smoothly with the return and that did not happen.
I'm crossing my fingers that my refund will make it back to my account. This was a poor enough experience that I decided on a refund instead of an exchange. I can't make this kind of purchase without being confident in the support and unfortunately Nespresso isn't there.
If you're in the market for a machine, might consider alternatives for a little while.

Went there with my small dog (7pounds)
And they did not let me in since they have new 'dog policy'.
And asked me to order online??
And the tall white girl with glasses is really bad she shoul not be in the service industry.

The local team at this store went above and beyond to correct an order mistake. The gentlemen who initially helped me was genuinely so kind and helpful. Afterwards, the store manager Daniel reached out to me personally to ensure the issue was fixed and that I was happy. I encourage you to stop by the boutique in person to view all the various machines and enjoy a free coffee that they offer too. Thank you local Nespresso team for making me a proud Nespresso owner and long time happy customer! ?

Came in for some information and team leader Bruce provided what I needed clearly and completely. I was very pleased.

Not dog friendly, and wouldn’t even let me place an order and wait outside… It’s a 2 min transaction. Every coffee shop in Austin allows dogs, so not sure why their excuse is “we are serving coffee”

For several years, we’ve been coming to the Nespresso boutique every two to three weeks with our little dog, and the staff has always been welcoming. However, during our last visit, a new employee made us wait outside in the heat while my husband waited in a long line inside. It was surprising to find no notice at the door, on the website, or on social media stating that dogs are not allowed. If there are new rules in place, it would be helpful to inform your customers about them.
Cory helped us to get good information and makes it easier to select the right product for us!

The girl with orange hair/bangs and face piercings was extremely rude and seemed like she hated the job. She kept purposely getting in our way while we were trying to look at the models because she was helping a customer. The workers here will treat you badly while you're waiting even though we are also customers- Yet the whole time i was there i realized i was supposed to be put on a list when i walked in but wasnt. Thats another thing, if you dont fit their "demographic" here as in , white and dressed in late 40s-50s attire, they will treat you badly. But thats just Austin in general

This place was such a disappointment! I have been a nespresso user for years in Europe but have recently moved to Austin. This is the only place in Austin to buy Nespresso capsules and they make you wait to have a one on one interaction with a sales associate to buy the sleeves you have been drinking for years. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes to buy a half dozen costa rican sleeves. I won't be back.

Decided to come here to get some suggestions on pods and had a pretty sub-optimal experience. First off, an extremely fishy smell the moment you walk through the door. Not sure why a coffee shop doesn’t smell good, but definitely not what I was expecting. Employees were not the most helpful and I felt pretty rushed, especially since I’m new to nespresso. In the end they didn’t even get my order right—I went home with the wrong pods. Guess I’ll stick to ordering on Amazon.

The people are super helpful and it's nice being able to pick out capsules.... but I've been into the new storefront twice now and I'm sorry but something isn't right. That place *stinks* of dead fish. Did the seafood restaurant next door have a malfunction? I'm sure they'll figure it out eventually, but for the near future - you've been warned.

This is the place to go for your espresso needs! Everything is very affordable and the service was phenomenal. The associates were knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. We will definitely be returning for all our Nespresso needs from here on out!
