This is an excellent place. The food is tasty and nicely presented. The view is amazing - especially at night. The staff is attentive but not overbearing. Overall, a world class option for Austin locals and visitors.
Food is great - the service was extremely rushed. We asked for a window table but was told those were reserved. The request for window or outdoor seating is not available online - you have to call the restaurant. It would be nice to have that information as part of the OpenTable description. If it was there - I missed it.
Sophisticated and intimate ambience. Some covered patio seating as well as indoor seating. We ordered several appetizers and the braised short ribs. The Hamachi and the Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio were out of this world. Both could be shared by 4 people if you just want a bite. The Beet Tartare was served with 2 pieces of grilled flatbread, and it was delicious. The butternut squash fritters were so light and crisp. They were served with a pepita butter, but I think a savory sauce might also be good. The perfectly cooked braised short rib was served over a thin layer of pureed potatoes that were so creamy and delicious. A beautiful dining experience overall.
Did not accommodate view request and was booked weeks in advance. Asked to be accommodated and was told I can view from our spot. Terrible view, extremely loud inside, and there was a table available to fit our party of 6. I went to verify after we had eaten. Unisex bathroom kinda odd, but the food was great. Do not recommend eating here if you are hungry, it's a place to spend a lot of money for a tax write off, but portions will not match amounts. Website photos are misleading and is not very high in altitude. I've been to nicer downtown restaurants with a view and paid a lot less. Absolutely nothing around to do afterwards unless you drive.
Food was okay but the view was great! I thought that the food was a bit overpriced for the quality and taste.
We sat in the bar lounge and had Avery M. As our server! She was amazing and was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided us with great hospitality! I totally recommend this spot and if you go request Avery!
My fiancé and I enjoyed ourselves for dinner, last night, and breakfast, this morning. The only reason it's not five stars is due to the welcome, or lack there of, by the host prior to seating.
Amazing food and a really welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. Highly recommend trying this place.

Really excellent place. So glad my local friends chose to invite me here. And the wild boar lasagna - to die for.

The good: nicely designed restaurant. Great views and comfortable and modern atmosphere. The staff also accommodated our many changes to the reservation throughout the day.
The bad: service was sub par. It was 60 minutes until a single morsel of food came out for our party of 13. Even we we asked for some table bread, we were told the entire meal must be ordered before that. And even then, nothing came out for 60 minutes. One person was covering a table of 13.

The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the food wasn’t bad, but we were still hungry even though we ordered double 😵💫

Good spot to take your lady. Enjoy the views but you have to book the outdoor seating in advance. They are crowded.

All the dishes in the picture were delicious, we were so happy with our little new year celebration, l have been to Nido for brunch couple of times but the dinner was amazing too. We ordered Parker House Rolls, Fritter, flatbread, Pasta and chicken and everything was excellent. We would definitely go back for dinner.

We called ahead to try to get a reservation for a table on the patio. The girl that answered the phone said that we wouldn't need one since they aren't that busy. When we arrived 15 minutes after speaking with her, the hostess asked us if we had a reservation. We told her we did not. She said she had a table open, but we could only have it for an hour. We got sat, we each ordered a $20(ish) glass of wine. Our server was kind of rude. He also got an attitude when I asked if I could sample a wine. He took a while before he came to come take our order. (They were not busy.) For only giving us an hour to eat, you think he would come take our order so we could get our food, eat, and go. When I selected the wine I wanted, he poured it the bottle over the sample, and didn't even pour a full serving of it. Which has never happened to me at a high-end restaurant. Our appetizer came out the same time as our food, even though we ordered it way before our entrees. My eggs benedict was bland and my boyfriend's pasta was undercooked (al dente). We had a fantastic view of the city; I'll give them that. But it was overall an underwelming and disappointing experience, especially for the price. By the time we left, there were still open tables on the patio, so I don't know why the hostess told us we could only stay for an hour. When I go to a high-end restaurant, I expect better service. We could've gotten better service at Applebee's.
