Truly a great experience all around! Ninja Taco has great food for breakfast lunch or dinner. I’ve gone back multiple times. I have pretty much tried everything on the menu. All of it was great! The owner is very friendly and is always experimenting with new menu items. Don’t leave without trying the brussel sprouts. :)

My wife and I had the kaarage tacos and homie fries, both were delicious and very quick! Seeing kaarage on a menu made me very happy and I was not disappointed. The chef was very energetic and brought a great vibe too. I'll make a point to go back.

I know I know... I can't shut up about his food... but now that I have literally tried everything on the menu I can honestly say it's all amazing! Had the steak tacos (limited time item) and was NOT disappointed... keep in mind the owner lived abroad and it shows in his blending of styles... my whole shop is now hooked on his food. Go give him a try yall!

Fantastic smoked pork taco, delicious carnita and the best tempura battered blanched brussel sprouts on EARTH. What a fantastic fusion! The owner might be the nicest person in town, too. Highly recommended!!

We had two types of tacos from Ninja. Both were good, but the Carnitas were superlative. The pork was cubed, not shredded, and it was possibly the most tender, best slow-cooked pork that I've had anywhere. There were few, if any, pieces of animal fat, meaning that the pork was almost entirely muscle, but it was some combination of well marbled and slow cooked, such that it was soft and sticky to the point of falling apart. I liked the cubed preparation more than I expected. The sauce, which was similar to an aoli, was simple / subtle and complimented the meat perfectly. It doubled what was already there without distracting from it. Melded with the pork juices to create something that was more than the sum of its parts. Toppings included onions, and shredded lettuce. Nothing unnecessary or even anything deeply complicated. In some ways, the carnitas were less adventurous that the other fusion fare on the menu. Just exceptionally good pork, complimented by a sauce the highlighted the character of the meat, and the essential toppings for texture. I wouldn't have added or subtracted a single thing. Except for the salsa. I did add that, and it was quite good. I never expected a Japanese-Mexican fusion taco truck to perfect the Carnitas taco, and even to take it to new heights, but this one did.

Holy cow, this food is so good! Went for lunch and then went back for dinner. The fusion flavors are the best we have had, food truck or not. The sauces are killer, too. To top it off, the owner/chef couldn't be nicer! New fave spot!!Dietary restrictions: Accommodated my GF needs.Parking: Pretty easy in lot, and street parking if full.Kid-friendliness: It's a food truck area, so everyone can go.
